The arrests I see coming prior to election are the Dems ballot cheat teams and raids on their ballot manufacturing locations.
The 2018 election was infiltrated by White Hates and indictments sealed.
My guess is this goes down 2 weeks before the election, giving them no time to regroup.
This should also eliminate mail in voting and force all in person voting only, other then verified absentee ballots.
This way the election is settled the night of Nov 3, mild uprisings put down the same day.
