Christ's Church isn't attacking "true believers." Protestants aren't "true believers", as they reject the Real Presence for one thing, not to mention the numerous heresies that they all decide to support.
If you are not inside His Church by communion with other Catholics, you're not in His Church. Can you be saved? Yes, that is the teaching of the Catholic Church. Is it likely? No, it's not, because you reject His authority and His Church, and so therefore usually have many other sins that you're not repenting of.
God loves you. God wants you to join Him in His Church. God wants you to join His children in being with Him. I hope you choose to love God.

Just quoting some sentences doesn't mean you understand how to interpret them. Since you interpret them different than the Apostles, you're just wrong.
