I just realized something
The NG being used to keep the border secure.. Remember shortly after Trump took office there was a "fake news" bit about Trump calling upon the NG to round up illegals en masse?
Maybe it wasn't fake at all and they've been planning this wall move way back then (and was certainly way too early to admit it)
