NEED EXCEL HELP TO VERIFY Q's 2017-2020 ALL-DEATHS COMPARISON DATA DROP

This will be last time I post this. I'm trying to verify all of the numbers given in Q's all-deaths comparison post and I've confirmed all 2017 thru 2019 numbers. In the 2017 and 2018 source links, it's explicitly stated that The data shown in this report reflect information collected by NCHS for 2016 and 2017 from death certificates filed in all 50 states and the District of Columbia and compiled into national data known as the National Vital Statistics System. In the 2019 data, it says the data source is Provisional data from the National Vital Statistics System, National Center for Health Statistics, CDC, so I assume the same, 50 states + DC. When I take the 2020 data from Q's provided link (CSV download) into a spreadsheet and filter the data down to 50 states + DC, I'm coming up with 2,259,773 all-cause deaths (which is quite a bit higher than Q's claimed number of 2,130,000). I'm simply attempting to verify all data presented before I present it to others as fact.

Can someone please help me verify these numbers and maybe point to where I'm going wrong in my calculations??

I did that as well, the reason I threw that out is because I believe it includes Puerto Rico (which Q's 2017-2019 figures did not). I also pulled out New York City as I figured it was also included in the New York statewide numbers.
