NY Governor Cuomo really is on a power trip. My Daughter & her husband tested positive for covid last Wed. They live in upstate NY. They were both made to sign an agreement from the county health department. Here's a link to the agreement.

They literally can't leave their home for 14 days. If they do, they can institutionalize them and they were both told that. Further, they were both told that they had to sign and that it was a legally binding contract.

Look at the agreement. It sure sounds like they are living in China rather than the USA.

They live way back in the country. They're already isolated. They are minding King Cuomo though and I guess that the health dept. is delivering groceries to their home. I wouldn't doubt one bit if they were being surveilled.

I agree 100% How do we know if they're true or not. Neither my Daughter nor her husband had any symptoms whatsoever and still don't. She's a smoker too and is not even coughing.
