CPS exists for the purpose of child trafficking. They seem to always award custody to the wrong person because the malfeasance is built in.

I think CPS and family courts should be abolished. In the meantime, have you considered going "pro se"? It does seem to me (I have not done this) that some folks do better without (comp'd) legal "help".
There is a site that aggregates many stories of the type of situation you describe. Look into "medical kidnapping" to find out more. The "medical establishment" is complicit in the destruction of families and the trafficking of American children.
