I believe that disclosures happen precisely when we are ready practically speaking, and spiritually speaking.
Practically speaking because even when all pieces are lined up, if we aren't ready to accept it, we can't handle it.
Spiritually speaking, I believe that declass or the "event" will happen precisely at the moment it means to, because it HAS to. Not a second sooner or a second later.
Supposedly psychedelics do that. I also wonder what DMT does in that regard.
I was looking for the same, but never found one.
