On Fox News today there is a huge pedo sign on the Treasure Island article about the rare metals. Treasure Island in CA does have a job corps program housing many youth from 16+. I'm not sure if this needs further investigation.
Oops, I made a mistake. It's an Island in Japan shaped like a triangle with roads like the pedo symbol no job corps.
