Anon, i have over 1200 pages on the same subject. Let's compile and compose.
I've flirted with the idea of actually writing a paper on the subject and submitting it to the DOJ, White House, FEC, etc..

I worked at the top of these coalitions until I learned what was actually being done and I quit.
It's also way bigger than just that.. state governments, both republican and democrat, laundered these funds and fraudulently used them to replace sunsetting obama care credits.
I am about to go to lunch and won't be back on for an hour or two.

O, one other thing.. what I have is enough evidence to back a class action lawsuit on behalf of every victim of crime, their family members, and every other citizen of the United States.
