It grants emergency powers to Governors and Others that they have used for political reasons and also to violate Constitutional protections.

It is considered and used as justification for court rulings pushed by Dems for widespread mail in voting measures and to weaken integrity of existing voting authentication.

Even though a state supreme court ruling recently invalidated her emergency powers, Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer is refusing to give up her illicit control.

Whitmer is working through Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) and having her bureaucratic henchmen do her dirty work as she attempts to sidestep the court ruling.

The Whitmer administration is continuing to repeat the same talking points that they have used throughout the pandemic to stupefy the masses into submission.

Pandemic status is high level, it grants temporary emergency powers to Gov, for public healtth during a crisis.

What constitutes a crisis or Pandemic?

It is subjective and based largely upon conatagion and mortality rates.

Testing- we all know the tests are for coronavirus, show trace amounts that do not necessarily indicate a + person is contagious or is sick.

By having alot of + cases, the mortality rate has plummeted. Early on I think 2% mortality (2 per 100) was expected. Now it is moar like .003 (3 per 100,000?).

Potus with proper support should declare end to pandemic (reduce to epidemic?) in a Legal way that courts can rule on cases without making concessions or considering public health pandemic needs.

Foremost is the SC consolidating many State cases re. election measures 2020 and removing any judgements that used pandemic in determinations to make voting less secure. The SC will take the position that any changes to election laws that occured late and in response to pandemic are null and void if a health crisis at the pandemic status can be removed legally.
