You take a low level pedophile/human trafficker who doesn't want to spend the next 50 years in prison. Set them up with a dull knife or else (pistol with bum ammo) and tell them you will arrange for their family to be taken care of if they conduct an assassination attempt….then SS takes them out live on TV.
