Dr. Mark Hyman reached out via email to "Dr. Paul Farmer" letting him know that Tim Collins offered his plane to bring a team of doctors to Haiti.

The team from what I can make out is:

Dr. Hyman along with his wife and father-in-law

Chief of Surgery at Cornell who is Haitian

and

Dr. Paul Farmer "who is a Doctor"
