Whether it's weed, booze, sugar, sex, exercise - whatever it is that helps you relax, relieve stress, reduce inflammation, release endorphins, etc., the key is moderation.

 

Anything in excess can ruin your life/health and/or kill you including drinking too much water. What's up with this slide anyways?
