"China seeking NK commitment to fire short[long]-range ballistic missile(s) pre_election?"

China was pushing NK to fire missiles and act hostile towards the United States. Has China also been giving nuclear weapons assistance to NK? That would seriously violate international law. The IAEA should investigate China.
