I see nothing. What are the odds of a 'headshot' at that range with that gun and caliber round not making a clean through shot?

Ya, body language anon says EVERYTHING was off in the vid. The primary altercation was stuck to like glue even though one person whom was 'keeping the peace' never left the 'black guns matter' dude when the 'victim' maneuvered away from the conflict.
Simply put, 'keeping the peace' dude did not follow through on body language of engaging two primary targets even when one maneuvered out of peripheral sight and could have possibly been seeking to engage from alternate side. While he did move towards the path of possible conflict, he turned his back on the 'victim' and kept engaging the 'black guns matter' with his back turned, hand out. 'Black guns matter' dude by that time was already blubbering at someone else with same propensity for violence. Not to mention 'Black guns matter' dude did not once look in the direction his primary target walked showing he knew that target was no longer going to be focused on him. The 'victim' actually made it behind 'black guns matter' dude. Heightened awareness of a situation would not allow for that.
Body language is OFF.
