That what I though at first too. But I worked out the distance from the camera and determined that for the launch to be straight up the sub would have to be in the water directly in front of the camera, which it wasn't. The missile must have been flying SOUTH, with is the wrong direction to hit AF1 near Singapore. I conclude that they must have been aiming at a US population center south of Seattle.
