"He either has a paresis of the nerve which elevates the right eyebrow or there is a fluid/blood collection above it which is pushing it down (caudad) or inferiorly. I doubt it is a paralysis of the nerve or branch of the nerve based on the appearance. A fluid collection there and over the cheek bone could be from blood (scalp lacerations/incisions can cause that to develop e.g. after hair transplants, access to the skull preparatory to craniotomy; doubt that here due to rapidity of required improvement). Could be a chip/other foreign body was implanted in the forehead region on the right side."
