When one gets acclimated to the reality of the world in which we live, as influenced by the things you see and learn hanging around here, one has a both good and bad tendency to suspect that many grassroots events are fake or some kind of an op.

I'm anon, and not engaging in comms or knowingly promoting an op—this seemed real enough… and is in the heart of the town which houses the largest plurality of employees of the 3-6-2019-closed General Motors Lordstown Chevy Cruze plant, recently "reopened" as an electric truck manufacturer with fewer jobs.

It's in an Ohio County (Mahoning) containing Youngstown, which ALWAYS votes blue, including 2016… but by a smaller margin than in a LONG time… it's sister/similar county to the north (Trumbull) flipping red in 2016… which was the kind of thing people use the expression "not in my lifetime did I expect…" as pertaining to.

This respectable Sunday early-afternoon show of support and enthusiasm from a SOLIDLY-BLUE, working class suburb of a UAW stronghold where life kind of REVOLVED around that plant (with nothing I've seen in the way of Biden enthusiasm as competition) is a very good (and somewhat shocking) sign to this lifelong local. Then again, it's obvious why POTUS appeals to blue-collar suburbanites… would be unheard of for any other Republican is the point. MANY locals Dems have a Trump sign in their yard combined with a bunch of local Democrat politician signs.
