No, this is BS. I believe there are something like 3 cases around the globe where this supposedly happened, but I have seen it explained by doctors about flaws in PCR testing finding fragments of the RNA that are not viable but show a positive result.
There was also what I believe to be Chicom propaganda about sailors on the Kennedy getting this more than once.
Why do I think this is CCP propaganda? Because it threatens one of the US most important strategic assets in a way that could not be disproven for multiple reasons, national security and personal privacy among them.
