This box was spotted in So. Cal.

It is obviously well constructed of Stainless Steel w/official graphics.

Notes: Two locks on a piano hinge door, placed on newly poured concrete pad. However, the box itself is not bolted down to the concrete unless they are located inside the actual box itself. It would be important to know if the box is bolted down or can it be moved. It would be very easy for a van to pull up and replace the box with an identical one in a matter of less than 1 minute.

I remember an old trick from NYC, where bicycle thieves would place a bike rack out for people to lock their bikes to and they would wait for the rack to fill up with bikes then drive up in a truck and load the entire thing up at one time. This box would be extremely easy to load with no problem. Not even that heavy.
