[RR] would be the best choice for Barr to go after 1st. He deceived Barr to his face. He was the head of the DOJ - if he is corrupt, Barr should take him out 1st to begin regaining credibility for the DOJ.
How can you KNOW [RR] is dirty and NOT go after him?
