Depends on how you view the boundaries of your self.
In Sunrider, a … Humanoid race that is virtually identical to humans is a line of clones - all connected together telepathically. They were created by scientists working on building a time machine and that turned out to be hard - so why not build telepathically linked clones to tackle the problem? (Government spending at its finest).
Anyway - the idea was interesting in that the knowledge of each clone is instantly known to all other clones. All experiences, facts, opinions, etc. They start off as a sort of hivemind with a dominant personality that can float between the individuals – but after plot events, their telepathy link gets contaminated with one of the clones who was isolated from the network. She lived as an individual apart from the constant perception of the hive and it introduced the concept of individuality to the hive - this as well as one of the clones actually betrayed the hive despite being connected to it - and it stunned the 'source' personality that her sister would hide something from her.
This is all a round-about way of saying that perhaps there is a greater awareness we have that can't tell us things we don't know - but can manipulate coincidence.
