>S.J.
Just to throw in a "multiple meanings exist" alternative, S.J. is the suffix abbreviation used by the Jesuits (Society of Jesus). Thought it interesting that PDJT's immediate previous tweet, 15 mins prior, is about Fauci, who is Jesuit-educated (Holy Cross '62). Anecdotally, I know of several SJ's in the northeast U.S. who love the guy and have been talking with him regularly throughout the COVID emergency. If Fauci ever goes down, the cognitive dissonance will be strong with the Jesuits.

Looks like Fauci answered questions from students at his alma mater, on Tuesday:

HC Magazine profile, 2002:
" "I saw people who were in pain"
One of the country’s most visible and admired physicians and the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases at the National Institutes of Health, Anthony S. Fauci, M.D.,’62 has led the fight against AIDS and, in the process, won the trust and respect of his one-time opponents."
