Been thinking about why POTUS is so keen to stress he now has natural immunity to COVID 19. "I can't catch it again and I can't pass on the infection," he said, or words to that effect.

Now, all those who have tested positive for COVID19, whether or not they have symptoms, also have natural immunity.

And, that's the way vaccines work - by delivering a weakened version of a virus to induce immunity.

So, what all these COVID positive tests are actually doing is eliminating the need for a vaccine because so many people will have natural immunity. A highly contagious disease, which COVID supposedly is, will rip through a population at speed conferring natural immunity thus eliminating the need for vaccines.

And if the vaccinators disagree, they undermine the basis for vaccinations which is to confer induced immunity to a disease through delivering a weakened version of the virus to every individual.
