While it is both of those, 69% of the US is Christian, and therefore all presidential candidates (and Q) must appear as Christian to gain support. Without posing as Christian no one would ever be president, nor would Q be able to get enough support without the biblefags. You CANNOT win the backing of the people without it, and Q knows it.
Trump and Q biblefagging is strictly military grade tactics, and absolutely must be done for the sake of optics, whether they are true biblefags or not.
If this movement was started in the middle east then Q would have to be putting up quotes from the Quran for the same purpose.
