The tabulating machines used in many states print out a register tape. At the beginning of the election, the register counts need to start at zero for all candidates and other ballot issues.

After hours, corrupt election officials can print out this tape periodically to determine who is winning, who is losing, and calculate out how many fraudulent ballots need to be produced in the names of people who rarely or never vote.

The voters who rarely or never vote are none the wiser that ballots were requested in their name.

In 2020, the Dems made a huge push for absentee ballots, when it is clear there is a huge absentee ballot problem. Yet, the Trump campaign and various republican parties have mailed out huge numbers of absentee ballot requests to their base. WHY?

While each state has a different procedure, in some states, absentee ballots are not opened until the final day, or as is the case this year with the much higher than normal number of absentee ballots arriving, the last day or two or week.

Absentee ballot boards (poll workers) are not processing these ballots until the end of the election. Processing is a multi-step process. Verifiy the voter is eligible to cast the ballot, then a separation of the out envelope with identifiers, from the inner plain wrapper envelope, then remove the ballot, with other works inserting the ballots in the tabulator.

Combat tactics. Absentee ballots are not run thru the tabulators until later. This denies them the information on who is winning/losing - potentially until it is too late.

HOW TO VERIFY YOUR ABSENTEE BALLOT ARRIVED

There is a lot of information tracked at the county clerk's office, which is interactive with the NM SOS office.

Audit Anon audits live during the election. The relevant data for you is :

1) the date your absentee ballot request was received (via in person request, mail, email, online/electronic)

2) the date the absentee ballot was mailed to you.

3) the date the absentee ballot request was received by the clerk.

Wait 7 days from the day you mailed your ballot.

If your ballot has not been received, YOU CAN VOTE IN PERSON.

Go to the county clerk's office, request your absentee ballot be cancelled, that it has been lost in the mail.

Vote in person on a regular ballot, not a provisional ballot (those aren't counted unless your absentee ballot never arrives).

After you vote in person, when your absentee ballot arrives, it will not be processed.

Alternative, you may request a 2nd absentee ballot because the first one is MIA in the mail.

Return the 2nd one in person.

There is probably an absentee ballot recepticle located outside the clerk's office.

Each state laws vary. But something similar should be in place in every state.

It is just as easy for a corrupt clerk's office to press a button to spit out a ballot for a registered Dem who never/rarely votes to cast a ballot in their name, as spitting out a ballot in a republican name and then have the Republican ballot cast for the Dems.

In closed primary states, absentee ballots can be cast for the weakest republican candidate against the strongest candidate.

The first key persons are who controls each county Clerk's office, and who the election supervisor is. Not who is the majority of the party.

The second key in red states is massive voter turnout. When people vote, the corrupt can't use their ballots.
