Every reply on this is correct. Having been an educator all my life, I can tell you this behavior is par for the course.
We all will be in an educators roll soon (drawing out of someone what they are ready to assimilate) No joy, except to watch the changes happen and the light go on in someone's eyes. Good luck (as if that exists)
