Investigate CDC: Time to Convene a Federal Grand Jury

Two revelations were dropped last week that scream for two things: (1) A federal grand jury must be convened with the target being the CDC and, (2) State Attorney General’s do the same thing except the target is PCR manufacturers, promoters and specific individuals in the WHO.

First. My column last week, International Class Action Lawsuits Against Corona PCR Test Manufacturers, was/is an effort to make known proposed legal action against manufacturers of the PCR tests used around the world to detect COVID-19. If you missed that column it will be helpful to read it and watch the featured video.

The proposed action in the video above focuses on tort lawsuits and eventual classification as class-action lawsuits. A dear friend of mine who is a constitutional lawyer raised the issue of a grand jury. I believe that would be state Attorney General’s convening a grand jury to go after PCR manufacturers and other defendants for fraud. Or, individuals or groups of doctors, perhaps.

In the video above, Dr. Reiner Fuellmich and three others (scientists and lawyers) make up the German Corona Investigative Committee. Dr. Fuellmich states in the video they will provide at no cost all of the evidence they have to lawyers around the world. Don’t know if they would have a problem working with state AG’s in the U.S.

Of course, that won’t happen unless there’s enough pressure put on state AG’s by citizens, state legislators, doctors and scientists who know the truth. So many blasting headlines that the U.S. is doing more testing than the world combined!!! If the testing is faulty or a particular test being used is known to NOT detect that virus, it’s nothing more than a big con job.

As I and many others have written repeatedly over the months, we have NO idea the actual number of cases of that virus because of faulty testing going on all across the country as well as shifty counting. By that I mean a person is tested, then retested and sometimes given a third test. One person, three tests now counted as three ‘new’ cases. What a scam. Not to mention manipulation of death certificates.

As one person remarked about this plandemic, when hospitals receive so much money for declaring patients COVID-19 – even ones not tested – it becomes a business plan.

The figure of $38,000 for each patient hospitalized as COVID-19 has been floating around for months. Try $131,000 per patient in Delaware. The numbers by state are in the video at link above. Officials were all screaming they need money for their hospitals from the federal government while too many hospitals around the country were laying off doctors and nurses due to shutting down elective surgeries, cancer testing and other medical procedures.

Feds Seize Near-Record 1.5 Tons of Drugs at California Border Crossing

U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers in Otay Mesa, California, seized a near-record 3,100 pounds of methamphetamine, fentanyl, and heroin at a commercial port of entry. The seizure is the second-largest seizure along the southwest border with Mexico in the agency’s history.

CBP officers assigned to a commercial port of entry in Otay Mesa on October 9 observed a tractor-trailer approaching for entry into the United States from Mexico. The driver, a Mexican citizen, presented documents indicating a load of medical supplies, according to information provided by CBP officials in San Diego.

The officers decided to refer the driver to a secondary inspection station for a “more intensive inspection.” Officers utilized a non-intrusive imaging system and noticed anomalies in the cargo area of the trailer.

Officers moved the rig to the dock and a K-9 team searched through the trailer. The K-9 alerted to an odor it is trained to detect coming from boxes.

CBP officials report the officers unloaded the cargo and conducted a physical inspection of the cargo and found many of the boxes contained packages of drugs.

“Officers offloaded the shipment and discovered 1,816 packages commingled with the medical supplies that primarily contained clear plastic pipette tips, spray bottles of surface decontaminate, and calibrated pipette tools (used for sampling and dispensing liquid),” CBP officials said in a written statement

As the search and cataloging continued, officers identified 3,014 pounds of methamphetamine, 64 pounds of heroin, 29 pounds of fentanyl powder, and nearly 37 pounds of fentanyl pills. Officials estimate the value of the shipment at $7.2 million.

“Smugglers will try every way possible to try and get their product across the border and because of the partnership between CBP, Homeland Security Investigations, and DEA, this significant seizure occurred and we stopped them,” said Anne Maricich, acting CBP director of field operations in San Diego, in a joint statement with the partner agencies. “I’m proud of the CBP officers’ dedication to our mission; they continue to stop dangerous drugs from entering our communities.”

Channel Migrant Tsar Claims ‘Vast Majority’ of Asylum Seekers Are ‘Genuine’

The “vast majority” of illegal migrants claiming asylum in the United Kingdom are “genuine”, alleged the recently installed Channel Migrant Tsar, despite figures pointing to the contrary.

On Saturday, Clandestine Channel Threat Commander Dan O’Mahoney laid out the government’s strategy for dealing with the growing boat migrant crisis in the English Channel. The plan included a suggestion that the Border Force may deploy nets in order to disable the rubber boats before they reach British territorial waters.

He went on to say, however, that he feels “sympathy” for asylum seekers, and that he believes the overwhelming majority are actual refugees.

“The vast majority of people seeking refuge in the UK are genuine asylum seekers. And they come from incredibly difficult conditions in the country, some of which I’ve been to and witnessed first-hand, and I have a huge amount of sympathy for that,” O’Mahoney told The Telegraph.

The claim was shot down by Migration Watch UK Chairman Alp Mehmet, who told Breitbart London: “This assertion simply doesn’t stack up. Ninety-eight per cent of those crossing the Channel illegally do claim asylum, but this is hardly an indication of genuineness.”

“In fact, figures for overall asylum claims show that the majority are not. But few of those who fail with their claims are ever removed, which is why the numbers crossing the Channel keep going up. Casting nets over dinghies will do little to stem the flow,” he warned.

Mehmet told Breitbart London that many migrants whose asylum claims are not genuine are still able to find ways to stay — and that the authorities can be “all too ready” to grant asylum or humanitarian protection to people who are really economic migrants, in any case.

According to figures released by the Home Office, in 2019 there were 35,737 asylum applications to the government. Of these 5,453 were granted asylum and a further 583 were granted discretionary leave to remain, humanitarian protection, or other means of staying in the country.

In contrast, 5,829 applications were either rejected or withdrawn by the applicant, meaning that almost half of the decided asylum cases were rejected — a far cry from the “vast majority” government immigration Tsar Mr O’Mahoney claimed.

A further 24,072 cases remain undecided, according to the most recent data.

The figures also fail to reflect whether those granted asylum status were indeed “genuine”, as many asylum seekers are able to make claims despite travelling from safe first-world nations such as France, and entering the country illegally.

“It is illegal to cross the Channel in a small boat and we arrest people for illegal entry on their arrival in the UK, but it is also then legal for them to claim asylum. And that doesn’t feel right,” Mr O’Mahoney admitted.

The Grim Fairy Tale Of Modern Monetary Theory (MMT): Rumpelstiltskin And The Federal Reserve (Spinning Gold From Hair Will Be Needed With Low Money Velocity)

Politicians and economists love to fantasize about unlimited government spending without restraint. The argument is that the US is so creditworthy that they will never default on their debt (just like the RMS Titanic was supposed to be unsinkable … until it sank on April 15, 1912 killing more than 1,500 people after striking an iceberg.

This becomes even more relevant since Vice President Biden is proposing $11 trillion in new Federal spending (Harris wants $40 trillion in new spending). Of course, both of these will require massive tax increases). But as we know, the wealthy have a cadre of tax accounts to minimize their tax liabilities, so Biden/Harris will have to go after the middle class (the households making under $400,000 per year, the vary households that Biden/Harris and their mouthpieces claim will not see tax increases will of course see tax increases). The rest? MORE public debt!!

And then we have the Green New Deal (or Biden’s Climate “Plan”). The American Action Forum, estimated that the plan could cost between $51–$93 trillion over the next decade. They estimate its potential cost at $600,000 per household. It is unclear whether Biden/Harris are low-balling their true Green spending intentions or not. But needless to say, the Biden/Harris spending fantasies assume that there is no iceberg ahead.

BUT what happens when the US economy strikes the iceberg? Look for taxes to skyrocket, crushing economic growth. Etc. And interest rates to soar.

Maybe The Federal Reserve can take a lesson from Rumpelstiltskin and spin gold from hair, a truly renewable resource.

Mexican Narco-Gun Runner Linked to Australian Drug Shipments

A Mexican drug runner who managed to fly under the radar for years by working independently was linked to large-scale drug shipments to Australia.

Known as “El Playa” or “Compa Playa,” Itiel Palacios Garcia is currently in a Mexican prison facing charges in connection with the murder of a politician in Veracruz. Intelligence reports obtained by Breitbart Texas show the organization run by El Playa sent drugs as far as Australia.

In August 2019, Australian authorities seized 755 kilograms of methamphetamine hidden in a shipment of cowhides. At the time, Australian authorities revealed that they arrested a man who was part of a Mexican “crime syndicate” but did not identify the organization. Mexican federal law enforcement sources told Breitbart Texas the load belonged to Palacios Garcia’s group.

The case in Australia was key for the unmasking of Palacios Garcia, who managed to operate under the radar for years in cooperation with most of Mexico’s cartels. Law enforcement officials linked Palacios Garcia to cocaine shipments that would fly in through Mexico’s southern border. One of those shipments led to a seizure of 250 kilograms by the Mexican military in Oaxaca on a Cessna aircraft with the fake tail number N4553.

Prior to his arrest in early September on murder charges, Palacios Garcia managed to appear as a legitimately wealthy businessman with interests in private security companies including one called “Salud y Seguridad de Occidente” in Jalisco. Playa lived in a luxurious home in the Contry Club [sic] Gran Jardin in Leon, Guanajuato, while maintaining offices in both Mexico City and the border state of Nuevo Leon.

House Democrats’ HEROES Act Is a Huge Giveaway to Billionaires

House Democrats’ latest stimulus bill, the HEROES Act, is designed to lay out the party’s basic principles for coronavirus recovery. Unfortunately, those principles include Democrats being very happy to shore up corporations’ and billionaires’ profits and political control of Washington.

n Friday, House Democrats passed the HEROES Act, a bill meant to outline Democrats’ core principles in their negotiations with Senate Republicans about additional stimulus measures to deal with the coronavirus crisis.

The legislation has some good items. It would help ensure that all voters can vote absentee this fall, an absolute necessity given that COVID-19 isn’t going away. The bill includes another round of $1,200 stimulus payments to individuals, which is less than progressive lawmakers wanted, but at least it’s money that normal people get. Undocumented immigrants would get checks this time. It has funding for hazard pay for essential workers.

But if this indeed is a message bill rather than a final proposal, then the newsiest part of the legislation is Democrats’ desire to send a reassuring message to monied interests — one that deliberately lets corporations and billionaires know that the party is intent on fortifying the industry groups that already control Washington.

Since the pandemic started, 27 million Americans have lost their employer-based health insurance. Instead of covering the uninsured through Medicare or Medicaid, Democrats decided it would be better to pay COBRA premiums through January for people who have lost their health insurance. COBRA is expensive and wouldn’t help Americans who were already uninsured — but the move would deliver more revenue to the health care industry that wants the government to pay top-dollar to keep people on the insurance plans they just lost.

Here is a basic reminder of your 9th Grade American Civics materials…The Founding Fathers of our Republic designed a system of governing to prevent the evils inherent in the onerous governing systems of Europe. The Republic was to be governed in a way that the majority would have a say BUT safeguarded against a rogue majority controlling the nation. A deliberate system of “checks and balances” was wisely incorporated against evil efforts to seize national control.

The ultimate safeguard was the separation of the State’s governing into three distinct bodies. While each would have an impact upon the others, that impact was deliberately limited. The Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches of the Republic were designed to be independent but function with unity to guide the nation, preserve freedoms, and guard the human rights that are often disenfranchised by evil systems and philosophies. One of the greatest feats of our Republic is the exercise of individualism when these three branches of governing are properly functioning.

The Smoking Gun: Where is the coronavirus? The CDC says it isn’t available.

The CDC document is titled, “CDC 2019-Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) Real-Time RT-PCR Diagnostic Panel.” It is dated July 13, 2020.

Buried deep in the document, on page 39, in a section titled, “Performance Characteristics,” we have this: “Since no quantified virus isolates of the 2019-nCoV are currently available, assays [diagnostic tests] designed for detection of the 2019-nCoV RNA were tested with characterized stocks of in vitro transcribed full length RNA…”

The key phrase there is: “Since no quantified virus isolates of the 2019-nCoV are currently available…”

Every object that exists can be quantified, which is to say, measured. The use of the term “quantified” in that phrase means: the CDC has no measurable amount of the virus, because it is unavailable. THE CDC HAS NO VIRUS.

Debate Commission Member Tied To Transition Integrity Project, Chinese Communist Party-Linked Berggruen Institute

Antonia Hernandez, who sits on the Commission on Presidential Debates, is affiliated with two entities keen on securing a victory for Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden: the Berggruen Institute, a think tank with ties to the Chinese Communist Party, and the staunchly Never Trump, George Soros-funded Transition Integrity Project.

Hernandez’s position on the Board of Directors of the commission, which has selected a slew of anti-Trump moderators and pushed a debate via Zoom, is curious in light of her ties to the Biden-backing Chinese Communist Party and the Soros-backed Transition Integrity Project which calls for “street fights” to secure a Biden victory.

The highly partisan Transition Integrity Project was first exposed by The National Pulse in early August, after repeatedly making the false claim of non-partisanship, unchallenged by establishment media.

Hernandez’s biography page on the Berggruen Institute site list her as part of the “Berggruen network,” a network which also lists five fellows at Chinese Communist Party-funded universities and two members of the pro-China lobby group and Confucius Institute-sponsoring Asia Society.

And network member Ronnie Chan governs the controversial Chinese Communist Party-led China-United States Exchange Foundation (CUSEF), a controversial foundation registered as a foreign agent that targets American universities with donations often refused by schools often refused by institutions in light of these ties.

But this scratches the surface of the Chinese Communist Party’s cozy relationship with the Berggruen Institute.

The Berggruen Institute hosts the Berggruen China Center and has funneled tens of millions of dollars into state-run universities such as Peking University.

The Berggruen Institute’s China initiative lists a bevy of Chinese government-run entities as partners including the Beijing Academy of Artificial Intelligence, China Institute for Innovation and Development Strategy, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and Chinese Association of Artificial Intelligence.

Dozens of Palestinians injured in West Bank clashes with IDF: report

Fifty-three people injured in Israeli military operation to apprehend three Palestinians

Dozens of Palestinians were wounded Sunday in clashes with the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) in the al-Amari refugee camp near Ramallah in the West Bank.

Villagers in the camp said that the IDF blocked several key roads in the area, before going into the camp in large forces to arrest three Palestinians, outlet Haaretz reported.

Two brothers were detained, Muhammad and Rajab Sana Abu Arab, and the spouse of one of them, according to Haaretz.

The Red Crescent said in a statement that a total of 53 people were treated to their wounds, all in light to moderate condition.

Ten were reportedly injured from live bullets, 13 from rubber bullets and the rest from inhaling tear gas.

Tensions between Israel and the Palestinians have escalated as of late, after several attacks against Israeli security forces were thwarted in early October.

Last week, IDF troops opened fire on three Palestinians who hurled Molotov cocktails at the force, near the Jewish settlement of Einav in the West Bank. One Palestinian was killed as the other two managed to flee the scene.

Trump’s Planned Sale of F35s to UAE Hits Snag in the Senate

Senators from both parties object to sale on Israel's behalf

Since Israel’s peace deal with the United Arab Emirates (UAE), a sale of arms, including F35s, to the UAE seemed inevitable. Israel first bristled at this idea, but has recently seemed to tolerate the sale so long as they get free equipment from the US in return.

Nothing’s ever that easy, however, and Senators from both parties, Jim Risch (R-ID) and Bob Menendez (D-NJ), are now resisting the idea, saying they believe the sale doesn’t meet legal requirements to assure Israel’s Qualitative Military Edge.

Menendez argued that Israel couldn’t be said to retain its edge, in having F35s, if someone else got F35s. That was roughly the argument Israel was making as well, though the fact that the sales went to a nation that they are now friends with seemingly changes things, at least somewhat.

The UAE has tried to reassure critics that they aren’t going to erode Israel’s edge or share technology with Russia. Though they’ve seemingly answered all questions, there remains resistance to such sales, both because of Israel, and because there is already concern the US is selling too much to the UAE.

Milley Disputes Trump's Home-by-Christmas Prediction for US Troops in Afghanistan

Joint Chiefs Chairman Gen. Mark Milley on Monday restated the military's commitment to a conditions-based withdrawal of U.S. troops from Afghanistan, despite President Donald Trump's suggestion last week of a pullout by Christmas.

Milley did not specifically rebut Trump's suggestion, made in a Twitter post last Wednesday. Instead, he pointed to the Feb. 28 agreement with the Taliban on a possible U.S. withdrawal by next May – and only then if there is a cease-fire and a signed peace deal with the Kabul government.

"We have a plan, a series of responsible drawdown options, that has been briefed to the president," Milley said in a lengthy interview with NPR, which aired in two segments.

At the time of the Feb. 28 agreement, reached in difficult negotiations in Doha, Qatar, "We had, roughly speaking, about 12,000, a little bit better, U.S. troops in Afghanistan," Milley said.

Those numbers were reduced to about 8,500 by mid-summer, he added.

"We're on a plan to do a responsible, deliberate drawdown to about 4,500 here very shortly," Milley said. "And then future drawdowns will be determined by the president, and I'm not going to disclose specific numbers and what those are." But the drawdowns would be based on conditions on the ground and whether the Taliban is living up to commitments to cease attacks and break ties with al-Qaida, he explained.

Trump appeared to catch his own national security team off guard last Wednesday with his Twitter post: "We should have the small remaining number of our BRAVE Men and Women serving in Afghanistan home by Christmas!"

Earlier Wednesday, White House National Security Adviser Robert O'Brien told an audience at the University of Nevada at Las Vegas that the number of U.S. troops in Afghanistan should be down to 2,500 by early next year.

"When President Trump took office, there were over 10,000 American troops in Afghanistan," he said. "As of today, there are under 5,000, and that will go to 2,500 by early next year."

Milley wouldn't commit to the 2,500 number by early next year.

"The key here is that we're trying to end a war responsibly, deliberately, and to do it on terms that guarantee the safety of the U.S. vital national security interests that are at stake in Afghanistan," he said.

He cited the conditions that the Taliban agreed to in the Feb. 28 negotiations.

"One of those conditions is – enter Afghan negotiations," Milley said. "Those are ongoing right now. That's important.

Britain selling arms to Saudi Arabia at unprecedented rate

Britain is issuing arms licences to Saudi Arabia at an unprecedented rate of almost one a day, making up for months of lost time after the appeal court banned the sale of arms to the Kingdom over allegations that British made weapons are used to target civilian populations.

Official figures released last week revealed Britain’s growing role in the dangerous flow of arms across the globe. The UK is holding its position as the second highest exporter of arms, despite last year’s ruling. Now more details have been uncovered about the trade, prompting allegations of British “complicity” in the humanitarian catastrophe unfolding in Yemen.

“By arming the brutal Saudi dictatorship the UK is making itself complicit in the atrocities and abuses inflicted on Yemen,” said Andrew Smith of Campaign Against the Arms Trade (CAAT). “A return to business as usual will only increase the suffering.” The war in Yemen is only possible because of military support provided by Britain and other governments, he added.

Eighty-seven export licences were granted between 20 June 2019 and last month. However, only 19 licences were issued in 11 of those months, for £15 million worth of “defensive” military equipment such as body armour and navigation systems. This means that most of the licences were issued in just 12 weeks.

Saudi Arabia tops the global table in terms of military expenditure as a proportion of GDP. The Kingdom reportedly has twice as many British-made warplanes as the Royal Air Force.

'Zero' Chance of Military Intervention in Disputed Election Results, Milley Says

The military is committed to its long apolitical tradition, so there is "zero" chance that troops will be sent into the streets in the event of disputed results in the November presidential election, Joint Chiefs Chairman Gen. Mark Milley said Monday.

"There's no role for the U.S. military in determining the outcome of a U.S. election. Zero. There is no role there," he said in an interview with National Public Radio's Steve Inskeep that aired early Monday.

"We have established a very long 240-year tradition of an apolitical military that does not get involved in domestic politics," Milley said.

He added that he is confident the courts, Congress and local authorities are prepared to handle a contested election outcome in the race between President Donald Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden.

"Of all the countries in the world, I think that we are the only one or at least one of the very few that swears an oath of allegiance to an idea that's embedded in a document called the U.S. Constitution," Milley said. "We don't swear an oath of allegiance to an individual, a king, a queen, a president or anything else. We don't swear an oath of allegiance to a country, for that matter. We don't swear an oath of allegiance to a flag, a tribe, a religion or any of that [but rather to a cherished set of ideas]."

The prospect of a disputed election has been brought up repeatedly by Trump, who has questioned the validity of mail-in ballots and suggested that he might not accept the results if he loses.

When asked at a Sept. 23 White House news conference whether he would commit to a peaceful transfer of power if he loses, Trump said, "Well, we're going to have to see what happens. You know that. I've been complaining very strongly about the ballots."

But Milley isn't worried.

"This isn't the first time that someone has suggested that there might be a contested election," he said. "And if there is, it'll be handled appropriately by the courts and by the U.S. Congress."

The nation has responded to disputed elections in the past by adhering to the rule of law, Milley said, "and I'm quite confident that that will be the case this time around, as it has been several times before."

The enormous economic dislocation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic offers a unique opportunity to fundamentally alter the structure of society, and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) if using the crisis to implement near-permanent austerity measures across the world.

76 of the 91 loans it has negotiated with 81 nations since the beginning of the worldwide pandemic in March have come attached with demands that countries adopt measures such as deep cuts to public services and pensions — measures that will undoubtedly entail privatization, wage freezes or cuts, or the firing of public sector workers like doctors, nurses, teachers and firefighters.

The principal cheerleader for neoliberal austerity measures across the globe for decades, the IMF has recently (quietly) begun admitting that these policies have not worked and generally make problems like poverty, uneven development, and inequality even worse. Furthermore, they have also failed even to bring the promised economic growth that was meant to counteract these negative effects. In 2016, it described its own policies as “oversold” and earlier summed up its experiments in Latin America as “all pain, no gain.” Thus, its own reports explicitly state its policies do not work.

“The IMF has sounded the alarm about a massive spike in inequality in the wake of the pandemic. Yet it is steering countries to pay for pandemic spending by making austerity cuts that will fuel poverty and inequality,” Chema Vera, Interim Executive Director of Oxfam International, said today.

These measures could leave millions of people without access to healthcare or income support while they search for work, and could thwart any hope of sustainable recovery. In taking this approach, the IMF is doing an injustice to its own research. Its head needs to start speaking to its hands.”

Oxfam has identified at least 14 countries that it expects will imminently freeze or cut public sector wages and jobs. Tunisia, for example, has only 13 doctors per 10,000 people. Any cuts to its already scant healthcare system would cripple it in its fight against the coronavirus. “If people can’t afford testing and care for COVID-19 and other health needs, the virus will continue to spread unchecked and more people will die. Out-of-pocket healthcare expenses were a tragedy before the pandemic, and now they are a death sentence,” Vera added.

NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian perjured herself like no tomorrow and admitted to a 5 year “friends with benefits” relationship with corrupt former MP Daryl Maguire when she was in the witness stand today at the NSW Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC).

Premier Berejiklian’s perjury was blatant and she regularly said she “can’t recall” or she “doesn’t recollect” over and over and she claimed she didn’t read certain emails etc which destroyed the plausibility of her answers being true.

But it was Gladys Berejiklian’s 5-year secret relationship with corrupt former MP Daryl Maguire, who resigned from parliament in 2018 after being caught out at another ICAC inquiry, and the answers she gave in relation to questions about the relationship that totally undermined her integrity and credibility.

There are many reasons why the public has a right to know and ask questions about the relationship with probably the major one being the fact that Gladys Berejiklian kept her relationship going with Daryl Maguire even after she sacked him as a minister, he was booted from the Liberal Party and resigned from parliament for alleged corruption in 2018. But that didn’t stop her continuing the secret relationship.

The NSW ICAC is investigating allegations Maguire misused his position as an MP and parliamentary secretary to improperly gain a benefit for himself or for G8way International, a company he “effectively controlled”.

The inquiry previously heard Maguire sought payments to help broker deals for Chinese property developers, and helped “grease the wheels” of a deal to sell the racing heir Louise Waterhouse’s land near the proposed western Sydney airport in 2017 and 2018.

But in bombshell revelations on Monday, Berejiklian revealed she had been in a “close personal relationship” with Maguire from around the 2015 election. (Click here to read more)

Gladys Berejiklian told the ICAC hearing today that “I’m a very private person and I didn’t feel the relationship had sufficient substance for it to be made public,”. And again, this afternoon at a press conference a few hours after Gladys Berejiklian gave evidence at ICAC, she continually said the relationship didn’t have “sufficient substance” when responding to various questions about her relationship with Daryl Maguire.

Were Gladys Berejiklian and Daryl Maguire “friend’s with benefits” or just “F*#k buddies”?

Her relationship with Maguire lasted 5 years. What was it then if it didn’t have “sufficient substance for it to be made public” or to tell her friends or family?

Gladys Berejiklian said she didn’t even tell friends and family about the relationship because it didn’t have “sufficient substance” which means it could have only been a “friends with benefits” relationship or maybe even a notch down and only a “F*#k buddies” relationship which is just casual sex. This is important because in 2018 Gladys Berejiklian says she sacked Daryl Maguire as a Minister, forced him to resign from the Liberal Party and sit on the crossbench and also pressured him to resign from parliament.

But Gladys Berejiklian continued with the relationship with Daryl Maguire and only stopped it in August this year after she gave evidence at a secret hearing at ICAC and she knew the game was up. She says she stayed loyal to Daryl Maguire after he was exposed for being corrupt in 2018 because she was being a good friend. That makes no sense and doesn’t pass the pub test if they were only “friends with benefits” as she has alleged in her answers today she would have given him the flick in 2018.

Facebook bans posts that deny or distort the Holocaust

Reversing past position, Mark Zuckerberg says his opinion and the social media giant’s policies have ‘evolved’ after an increase in anti-Semitic violence in the US

Facebook said Monday that it will be banning posts that deny or distort the Holocaust and will start directing people to authoritative sources if they search for information about the Nazi genocide.

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced the new policy in a post on Monday, in the latest attempt by the company to take action against conspiracy theories and misinformation ahead of the US presidential election next month.

Zuckerberg said that he believes the new policy strikes the “right balance” in drawing the lines between what is and isn’t acceptable speech.

“I’ve struggled with the tension between standing for free expression and the harm caused by minimizing or denying the horror of the Holocaust,” he wrote. “My own thinking has evolved as I’ve seen data showing an increase in anti-Semitic violence, as have our wider policies on hate speech.”

In a separate blog post, Monika Bickert, vice president of Facebook’s content policy, said that the company was “updating our hate speech policy to prohibit any content that denies or distorts the Holocaust.”

The move, Bickert said, “marks another step in our effort to fight hate on our services. Our decision is supported by the well-documented rise in anti-Semitism globally and the alarming level of ignorance about the Holocaust, especially among young people.”

Surveys have shown some younger Americans believe the Holocaust was a myth or has been exaggerated.

The Anti-Defamation League has reported that incidents of white supremacist propaganda distributed across the US jumped by more than 120% between 2018 and last year. Tech companies began promising to take a firmer stand against accounts used to promote hate and violence after a 2017 rally in Charlottesville, Va., where a self-described white supremacist drove into a crowd of counterprotesters.

The decision comes amid a push by Holocaust survivors around the world over the summer who lent their voices to a campaign targeting Zuckerberg, urging him to take action to remove Holocaust denial posts from the social media site.

Coordinated by the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany, the #NoDenyingIt campaign used Facebook itself to make the survivors’ entreaties to Zuckerberg heard, posting one video per day urging him to remove Holocaust-denying groups, pages and posts as hate speech.

Bizarre "Socially-Distanced Prom" Shows Teens Dancing Back-To-Back

A bizarre video appears to show teens dancing back to back while wearing masks at a socially distanced prom night.

The clip went viral on Twitter over the weekend, amassing over 1.6 million views.

“I can’t make up my mind whether this is crazy or desperately sad,” commented the user who posted the video. “This is a Prom dance in the age of the global COVID scam! Society has entered self-destruction mode.”

Footage shows the teens awkwardly shuffling around the dance floor facing away from each other with their arms locked.

Respondents to the video expressed their disbelief.

“I’ve said it before and it still applies. We are being punked as a species. And it is on every single person who accepts this crap,” said one.

“When the historians write this period, it will be a subject of incredible amazement and scorn,” added another.

As we previously highlighted, a similarly disturbing video out of the UK showed mourners at a crematorium being scolded because they moved their chairs to be closer together during the service.

Four of country's 28 Republican governors don't sign letter in support of Barrett confirmation

Twenty-four of the country’s 28 GOP governors are backing the Senate confirmation of White House nominee Amy Coney Barrett – with President Trump critics Govs. Charles Baker and Larry Hogan among those not in support.

The Republican Governors Association over the weekend announced the release of the letter and the signatures.

“As governors, we strongly support President Trump’s nomination of Judge Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court of the United States, and we urge the Senate to confirm her appointment as an associate justice," reads the letter to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer, Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham and Sen. Dianne Feinstein, the top Democrat on the committee.

The Judiciary Committee begins its confirmation hearings Monday on Capitol Hill.

Baker is the governor of Massachusetts, and Hogan is the governor of Maryland.

The two other GOP governors who did not sign the letter are Chris Sununu of New Hampshire and Phil Scott of Vermont.

Sununu’s spokesperson said the governor didn’t sign the letter because he has no official role in the confirmation process. However, Sununu signed letters supporting Trump’s previous nominations of Supreme Court Justices Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh.

Sununu has said he believes it is appropriate for Barrett to have a hearing but has not voiced specific support or opposition to her nomination, according to the Associated Press.

“Judge Amy Coney Barrett is an exceptional choice by President Trump to serve as an Associate Justice on the U.S. Supreme Court,” said Texas Gov. Greg Abbott. “As a distinguished jurist committed to upholding the original intent of our Constitution, there is no doubt that Judge Barrett will be a tremendous addition to the court.”

Judge Amy Coney Barrett's hearing brought both supporters and detractors to the nation's capital

U.S. Capitol Police arrested 21 demonstrators for crowding and obstruction outside Judge Amy Coney Barrett's confirmation hearing in the Dirksen Senate Office Building around 8:30 a.m. Monday.

An additional person was arrested for unlawful conduct, U.S. Capitol Police said.

Spectators are not allowed inside the hearing room due to coronavirus precautions.
