Apologies, was lurking occasionally but didn't have enough time to check if I get the same error.
Just this morning used the updated 3-TZ-HTML though, and that worked just fine.
Wouldn't know if you still got the problem, but you could try the 3-TZ thing which seems to work.
Error message appears to indicate that there might be something wrong with permission and/or file existence – but trust that you've made sure the problem isn't caused by anything that trivial …..
Hope to have some time to check later tonight, if the problem persists. Did you get it to run/update in the meantime?
