China was taken over just like the US. The only difference is China has been a colonized country for far longer, and didn't have the American revolutionary spirit. So they turned into a complete dystopia that is perfect for jewish control of the world, so they've been systemically stealing tech from America and sending it to their vassal states (first the USSR (think Rosenbergs with the Nukes, etc), then China) who have stronger control in order to enact dictatorial control over everyone.
So, it's kinda both, but mainly the cabal of satanists posing as jews.
