I don't know if that mother fucker is full of shit or not but dammit to hell, he sure sounds like he knows what he is talking about. Those shows where he appeared for all 4 or 5 hours with Art Bell back in the 90's were gripping.
There is a now very little known documentary series called the UFO diaries. Damn was it well done. Hoagland helped produce it. It was done on the cheap in the late 90's and may have been all direct to video tape.
Even if Richard Hoagland is wrong with everything he says, I still love listening to him because the guy is smart as shit and he knows his shit.
