Mr. Noe's lingo is correct of usage at an Air Operation Center (AOC). Information and reports likely came in conjunction with TBMCS (Theatre Battle Management Control System).
Benghazi "Stand Down", No Support Needed Orders
This Anon can personally vouch for similar activities in relation to the Benghazi "stand down" orders. That is, those operating just outside the perimeter in a support roles with relevant assets were, in essence, given the directive "No support needed (or necessary)" at the same time
"Anti-Muslim" YouTube Video only had 145 Hits
Likewise, I personally checked the YouTube video and there were only 145 hits at the time it was first related as reason for the attack. (Wish I would have taken a screenshot). For those of you that haven't seen it, the anti-Muslim YouTube video was extremely lame and would have not caused an uprising.
