APR18. 84% Waning. Bearing @ 2:16am (Friday). App HT 4:09am. 7.15m. Weather was CLEAR unril 4:50am passing clouds.
Sunrise 5:56sm. Discarded because TATTS closed at 3am. Bearing time too early.
APR19. 75% Waning. Bearing @ 3:15am.
App HT 4:52am 7.17 meters. Delta to HT is 1h,37m. Weather was PARTLY CLOUDY until 3:50am passing clouds. Sunrise @ 5:54am.
APR20. 64% Waning. Bearing @ 4:14am. Alt 15.83 deg. App HT 5:32am. Delta to HT 1h,18m. Weather was CLEAR until 6:50am fog. Sunrise 5:52am.
These are dates that look gud as opposed to all others that don't look so gud.
Anons can decide. I do see some times occurring toward 4am might not be what we should expect for vehicle traffic, but put them in because they are otherwise gud matches for the other criteria. But just keep it in mind.
The 16th has clear skies, so-so alt, but longest of tide deltas in this month.
The 17th has both really high tide and 2nd lowest moon, gud tide delta, clear skies
The 18th is discarded.
The 19th has lowest moon in this month, a decent tide, great tide delta
The 20th had 3rd lowest moon, best tide delta (1hr,18m), clear skies.
17th(huge tide) and 19th(lowest moon) stand out.
