SEALTeam 6 stuff - QUESTION

Do anons think that this is the "Picture of BHO with the gun" (I know that's not right - just a rumor - but I'm in the middle of work and can't research) and that this marker wasn't ever really BHO with a gun (possibly killing US soldiers) but THIS SEAL TEAM stuff?
