I am seeing some misunderstanding of what voter rolls are:

Um….being on the voter registration rolls does not equate to your vote. You need to confirm before the election that you are still on the voter registration rolls. Voter registration means just that- you are registered to vote, not that you have voted.

 

They would have to know that the person registered has already returned a ballot. If they can tell you that, then you have an idea that at least a ballot got there.

 

Of course, just having noted a ballot was returned does not insure your vote was counted or maybe "replaced."
