The Preamble to the Constitution is LAW.

Therefor, Abortion and the entity known as Planned Parenthood is UNCONSTITIONAL and UNLAWFUL.

Roe v Wade must be overturned and Abortion outlawed Nationwide.

NO State has the Constitutional Right to SUPERCEED the Supremacy Clause.

Therefor, any State that condones and legislates the access to an Abortion. the signing Governor, State Legislators, and their individual State Courts that upholds Abortion as "Legal - an ABA-BAR Association term" are Guilty of Murder and must be arrested and charged with Capital Mirder One per each count of each Life of all Babies taken during said time of enactment of Roe v Wade Abortion.

Commerce

The 10th Amendment does not grant, give, ordain, nor legislate, the authority to violate those Clauses previously mentioned.
