Dean believes that the next WEF in 2021 will be to made to “convince governments with the help of big businesses and big tech to bring about something deeply sinister called ‘The Great Reset’.”

“It is a program designed to strip us all of our fundamental democratic rights in favour of a new form of society as dictated by the elites.”

In their marketing campaigns, the WEF is attempting to link all of the disasters in the world – from coronavirus to bushfires, to riots and unrest, to pollution and poverty – all somehow linked to climate change.

“Then it is claiming they can magically disappear. Literally at the push of a button and just like that, everything in the world is made right and pure again. The Great Reset. What could be simpler?”

Dean also calls out “lunatics including Prince Charles and the United Nations and the IMF want to replicate the global response to COVID and repurpose it for climate change, to enforce zero net emissions.” Watch:

Why Some People Take Q-Anon's Pedophilia Allegations Seriously

In Billy Joel's rock classic, "You May Be Right," he has the memorable lines:

You may be right

I may be crazy

But it just may be a lunatic you're looking for.

Billy Joel's classic came back to me as everybody seems eager to bash the "Q-Anon" phenomenon these days. In one of Joe Carter's usual feints at the Gospel Coalition, he offers a listicle of things Christians should know about Q. First and foremost, it is "the family of fringe conspiracy theories."

Carolyn Mimbs Nyce at the Atlantic says it is a "new American religion." And you know that if you're writing in the Atlantic, there's no way to be an American religion, new or old, in a good way. While at least acknowledging that concern for child abuse motivates many Q proponents, she goes as far as to say that Q is a "rejection of reason and Enlightenment values."

Will Sommer, reporting at the Daily Beast, can scarcely hide his glee in reporting about the ill fated antics of Jessica Brim, whom he calls a "Q-Anon devotee." Brim "had come to New York because of an internet conspiracy theory video about a 'cabal' of pedophile Democrats" and got arrested over "more than a dozen counts of criminal possession of a weapon … as well as a marijuana possession charge." Sommer summarizes her world as a "Facebook page" "filled with references to QAnon, a conspiracy theory that holds that top Democrats like Biden and Clinton are cannibal-pedophiles scheming to undermine Donald Trump."

The New Yorker's Adrienne LaFrance describes Q-Anon the way superstitious people would describe an omnipresent demonic force. Liberals like to turn descriptions of Q-Anon's conspiracy theories into their own grand conspiracy theory about Q-Anon's dangerous empire of saboteurs, underworld plotters, fanatical ideologues, and terrorists. Q-Anon, LaFrance tells us, is "more important" than one might think. In her view, the movement unites many people with the laundry-list obsessions that fearful leftists love to denounce: religiosity, resistance to the Sexual Revolution, affiliations with Trump.

LaFrance is cited as the definitive Q expert by Sarah Posner, author of the subtly titled book Unholy: Why White Evangelicals Worship at the Altar of Donald Trump. In a classically manipulative New York Times piece called "The Evangelicals Who Are Taking on Q-Anon," Posner assures us that Q-Anon is not only insane, but also a distillation of the most dangerous extremisms of right-wing white Christianity:

Some white evangelicals speculated about whether Barack Obama was the Antichrist, or just a "sign of the times." Of course the point was not to actually determine, definitively, whether the first Black president was the Antichrist. The point was to make people wonder aloud about it or post about it on social media.

The message from every major news outlet is simple: Q exemplifies both a criminal mind and psychopathology (see here to consider how people criminalize and pathologize "conspiracy theories"). Any time you hear someone mention Q with scowling contempt, you are having a close encounter with the evil villains of every left-wing doomsday warning: brainless evangelicals, frigid Midwestern Sunday School matrons, macho gun-collectors, gullible mobbers, Clinton-obsessed racists, misogynistic homophobes, cross-burners, Bible-thumpers, locker room bullies, incestuous backwoods druggies on work release.

Madrid Court Strikes Down Spanish Government’s Local Lockdown Measures

MADRID – A Madrid court on Thursday struck down a government order imposing a partial coronavirus lockdown on the Spanish capital, ruling in favour of the Madrid region in a standoff with national authorities just before a long holiday weekend.

Under the Health Ministry’s order, Madrid regional authorities on Friday barred residents from leaving the area, including nine satellite towns, without a valid reason, and imposed other measures to curb the spread of COVID-19 in one of Europe’s worst virus hotspots.

Regional government chief Isabel Diaz Ayuso had opposed the order, saying it would ravage the region’s economy, also arguing the ministry had no power to impose such curbs on a region.

The Madrid regional court sided with her in its ruling, calling the restrictions “interference by public authorities in citizens’ fundamental rights without the legal mandate to support it”.

The restrictions imposed in Madrid, with its usually bustling restaurants and bars, had not yet been fully enforced as no fines could be levied on people violating the restrictions until the court had issued its decision. The government can appeal.

Welcoming the court’s decision, Ayuso nevertheless urged Madrilenos to stay home over the upcoming Hispanic Day weekend that usually sparks mass holiday travel across Spain.

She promised to release a set of “sensible, fair and balanced” rules on Friday, meaning capital residents may still face more restrictions in a country where the government forecasts GDP will fall 11.2% in 2020.

“Madrid’s businesses can’t carry on like this … Nobody understands the rules, nobody knows what is going on,” she said during a televised address.

Under the law, the Spanish government can limit fundamental rights by imposing a state of emergency, as it did nationwide for three months starting in March, but it is up to the regions, which control health policy, to request such measures on a more local scale outside of an emergency.

Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez, who described the situation in Madrid as “concerning”, told reporters in Algeria his government would study the court ruling and decide how to proceed after a meeting with the Madrid authorities.

The region had 741 coronavirus cases per 100,000 people in the two weeks to Oct. 7, according to the World Health Organization, making it Europe’s second densest COVID-19 cluster after Andorra.

Spain reported 12,423 new coronavirus cases on Thursday, bringing the national tally up to 848,324 – the highest in Western Europe. Deaths rose by 126 to 32,688.

Washington Has 'Agreement in Principle' With Russia to Extend START Treaty - US Arms Control Envoy

According to reports, the United States has "agreement in principle" with Russia to extend the 2010 New Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (New START), a nuclear weapons treaty that is set to expire in February 2021.

According to Marshall Billingslea, the US' Special Presidential Envoy for Arms Control, Washington and Moscow have reached a tentative agreement on extending New START, which is set to expire in February 2021.

“We are in fact willing to extend the New START Treaty for some period of time provided that they in return agree to a limitation or freeze on their nuclear arsenal. We are willing to do the same," Billingslea said. He did not say for how long New START would be extended.

Moscow has long pushed for an extension without preconditions, but has argued there is no longer enough time for a renegotiation of the treaty itself.

Signed in Prague, Czech Republic, in April 2010, New START called for halving the number of strategic missile launchers possessed by Russia and the United States and set up new inspection regimes for verifying the process. However, unlike the original START, which expired in 2009, New START places no limitation on the number of nuclear weapons either power can possess.

Seven months into this crisis, it can’t be any clearer. Just as they did following 9/11, western governments are using the COVID ‘pandemic’ crisis as a pretext to usher in whole new layer of security state bureaucracy, and one which has the power to penetrate more deeply into our lives.

For those who are old enough to remember, prior to September 11, 2001, there was no such thing as a Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and yet in a matter of a few years, this federal department quickly grew into one of the largest federal agencies taking in tens of billions of taxpayer dollars each year ever since. In fact, the term Homeland didn’t even exist in America before that. But it was the perceived threat which provided it’s raison d’etre – buttressed by an incessant barrage of propaganda by the state and its media adjuncts, which made this new paradigm a reality. Soon, all of these new state apparatuses and security initiatives where all nestled neatly under the new banner of the Global War on Terror.

In 2020, this exact process has been repeated, only this time the threat isn’t the spectre of radical Islamist terror coming from foreign lands, but something much closer to home.

According to our governments, the new threat is your neighbour, your teacher, the shopkeeper, and even your family members.

And you are a threat to each of them.

And everyone is a threat to each other.

From the onset, computer-modeled predictions wildly overestimated death tolls in key countries. This was not by accident as the initial political and mass media campaign of shock and awe placed populations in an applied cognitive framework of helplessness and dependency.

The same psychological levers were activated in the immediate aftermath of the attacks of 11 September 2001. Psychologically traumatised western electorates not only accepted any level of state and corporate security, infringement of civil liberties and invasion of privacy, many even demanded their governments prosecute overseas wars to eliminate the perceived threat, at that time, of al Qaeda and international terrorism. Subsequently, a new normal was rolled-out globally, a series of endless wars and a leviathan of ‘anti-terror’ measures and digital surveillance at home.

Despite efforts to try and convince the public that everyone is a potential terrorist, the climate of fear was difficult to maintain. The genius of the COVID crisis is that the Establishment has now managed to convince us that everyone is a potential carrier of a deadly pathogen and that anyone who so much as sneezes in the vicinity of any- one else could not only kill them but also trigger a deadly ‘second wave’ of the pandemic.

"Unconstitutional": Michigan Supreme Court Denies Gov. Whitmer Request For Extension Of Pandemic Executive Powers

Fresh from her "ordeal" of almost being kidnapped by a couple of white supremacists leftist, BLM-supporting militia nuts, overnight there was more bad news for Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer when on Monday a conservative majority in the Michigan Supreme Court denied her request to extend the emergency powers which she invoked to curb the spread of the coronavirus, declaring it unconstitutional.

The justices reversed a lower court's opinion that supported the governor's use of executive powers amid the pandemic when they voted 6-1 against halting the precedential effect of its Oct. 2 opinion until Oct. 30. They reaffirmed their initial 4-3 ruling that declared unconstitutional her use of the 1945 emergency powers law.

Michigan Supreme Court justices are elected on the nonpartisan portion of the Michigan ballot, but they are nominated at state political party conventions. The four Republican-nominated justices — Stephen Markman, Brian Zahra, David Viviano and Elizabeth Clement — all ruled that the Emergency Powers of Governor Act that the governor relied on in issuing her orders is unconstitutional. The three Democratic-nominated justices — McCormack, Bernstein, and Cavanagh — all said that both the law and Whitmer's orders under the 1945 law should be ruled valid.

In striking down her attempt to continue usurping power, the court wrote that executive orders issued under the law "are of no continuing legal effect. This order is effective upon entry."

But new emergency orders that the Whitmer administration has issued through the state health department director — which replicate mask requirements, restrictions on gathering sizes and restaurant capacity, among other features — are not affected by the court's ruling.

Monday's Supreme Court ruling is in response to a lawsuit brought by the Michigan Legislature. The Oct. 2 ruling, which was a 4-3 decision striking down the Emergency Powers of Governor Act of 1945, was in response to questions sent to the court by a federal judge handling a lawsuit brought by medical service providers in western Michigan.

Whitmer had asked the justices to give her administration, lawmakers and local health departments 28 days to transition in the wake of the major decision. Last week, her administration quickly reinstituted mask requirements, gathering limits and other restrictions with orders issued by the state health department under a different law.

Separately, Fox News reported that legislators and Whitmer are negotiating legislation related to other orders negated by the decision, including an extension of unemployment benefits to 26 weeks from 20 weeks.

The ruling caused some confusion because it reached the Supreme Court in an unconventional way. A federal judge overseeing a lawsuit that makes state and federal claims about Whitmer’s powers asked for an opinion on the constitutionality of two laws related to gubernatorial emergency powers. The Supreme Court ruled in a similar case brought by the GOP-controlled House and Senate and said in an order that the decision is effective immediately.

NY Gov. Cuomo blames Republicans and the New York Post for nursing home deaths controversy

'Republicans needed an offense to distract from the narrative of their botched federal response'

New York Democratic Gov. Andrew Cuomo accused his critics of lying and blamed state Republicans and the New York Post for the controversy over nursing home deaths in New York and other states during the COVID pandemic.

Cuomo, writing in his new memoir, "American Crisis," said, "The most painful aspect of the COVID crisis has been its devastating effect on our elderly in nursing homes," the New York Post reported.

He accused the Trump administration of botching the federal response to the virus and Republicans of creating a false narrative to deflect blame for virus deaths on Democrats.

"By early spring, Republicans needed an offense to distract from the narrative of their botched federal response — and they needed it badly," Cuomo wrote. "So they decided to attack Democratic governors and blame them for nursing homes."

The Post reported that nearly 6,700 people have died in nursing or adult-care facilities of confirmed or presumed cases of coronavirus since the pandemic began. In March, New York issued a policy that required nursing homes to admit patients returning from hospitals who were suspected to have or had tested positive for COVID-19. The mandate also prohibited patients from being tested prior to admission or readmission to care facilities. The purpose of the policy was to make sure hospitals did not run out of beds in anticipation of a surge of coronavirus hospitalizations. The unintended consequence of this policy may have been introducing positive coronavirus cases to a population of elderly people who are more susceptible to contracting the disease and dying from it.

Cuomo has previously falsely asserted that nursing homes "never needed" to accept patients with coronavirus. The fact is that according to the New York State Department of Health, "6,326 COVID-positive residents were admitted to [nursing home] facilities" following Cuomo's policy that nursing homes accept coronavirus patients, according to a CNN fact-check.

Now, Cuomo blames conservative columnist Michael Goodwin and the New York Post for the controversy over his executive order.

"On April 25, conservative columnist Michael Goodwin published a piece in Rupert Murdoch's New York Post aimed at New York with the headline, 'State lacked common sense in nursing homes' coronavirus approach,'" wrote Cuomo. "It was an orchestrated strategy and a Fox News drumbeat."

"It wasn't just me," he continued. "[Govs.] Phil Murphy in New Jersey, Gretchen Whitmer in Michigan, Gavin Newsom in California and Tom Wolf in Pennsylvania were all in the Republican crosshairs on nursing homes. As the states with the most deaths were Democratic states, the Trump forces saw us as an easy target."

In May, Cuomo partially reversed his nursing home policy after critics raised questions about the policy and voices from both major political parties called for an independent probe into the mandate.

He admits to no mistakes in his memoir and accuses his critics of lying about his record.

"Unfortunately, although I tried, I never successfully communicated the facts on the situation," Cuomo wrote. "The Trump forces had a simple line: 'Thousands died in nursing homes.' It was true.

"But they needed to add a conspiracy, which was that they died because of a bad state policy that 'mandated and directed' that the nursing homes accept COVID-positive people, and these COVID-positive people were the cause of the spread of the disease in the nursing homes," he continued. "It was a lie."

'Not up to the job': Former White House doctor says Biden lacks 'mental capacity' for presidency

Trump campaign holds press call "exposing Joe Biden's unfitness for office."

When the late Sen. John McCain ran for president in 2008, questions about his health — physical and mental — swirled. Americans were well aware that should McCain die in office, his vice president, former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, would've become president.

Had he been elected, he would have been 72 years old when he moved into the White House. So Americans may have that same concern with Democratic nominee, Joe Biden, who would be 78 if he wins the election.

Cue former White House physician Dr. Ronny Jackson, who held the prestigious post from 2013 to 2018, serving both Trump and President Obama. Jackson on Tuesday said Biden "does not have the mental capacity" to be able to handle the presidency and the job of commander in chief.

"He is not up to the job," Jackson told reporters in a conference call set up by President Trump's reelection campaign. "I've watched Joe Biden on the campaign trail, and I'm concerned that he does not have the mental capacity, the cognitive ability, to serve as our commander in chief. He routinely gets lost in the middle of a thought and can't recalibrate."

"I actually don't even practice medicine at this point," said Jackson, a retired rear admiral who is now running as a Republican for a House seat in Texas. But he added: "I'm a physician, obviously, so I've seen a little bit about how the issues with cognitive ability, how they start."

"I'm not making a medical assessment," the doctor said. "I never took care of Vice President Biden. I'm not trying to remotely diagnose him with anything. I'm saying it as a concerned citizen. We can all see … something's going on here."

"He is having some extremely bad days," the doctor said. "This is serious. We're picking a commander in chief [who] has to be at the top of their game cognitively. And he's really not."

Jackson pointed out two gaffes by Biden that occurred Monday. Campaigning in Toledo, Ohio, where he addressed United Auto Workers, Biden said: "You know, we have to come together. That's why I'm running. I'm running as a proud Democrat for the Senate, when I ran as a proud Democrat for vice president, and I'm running as a proud Democrat for president. But I promise you this, I will govern as an American president."

Biden also appeared to to forget the name of Sen. Mitt Romney, Utah Republican, who was the GOP nominee for president in 2012.

"I got in trouble when we were running against that senator who was a Mormon, the governor," he said.

K.T. McFarland, a former Trump deputy national security adviser, joined Jackson on the call and echoed Jackson's remarks.

"Joe Biden just is not the guy to do it anymore," she said. "I've known him for a long time. And he's a nice man. But he's not a strong man. … Don't expect our adversaries to be nice to him. They're going to take advantage of that and exploit that at every single step."

She also said Biden's decline is "pretty obvious for all to see."

Russia Shutters US' 'Agreement in Principle,' Calls Proposed New START Extension 'Unacceptable'
