The FBI CIA DOJ and all other agencies are NOT involved in Military Tribunals. So I only expect the DS to think nothing's habbening in (((their))) agencies or through them. Let yhem all believe they are "safe"..more chatter and even more planning will be done by (((them)) which they will be CAUGHT. Each and every Count.
