The Millbank Tower in London is just down the Victoria Embankment from the Palace of Westminster, where Parliament meets. One of the tenants of Millbank Tower is the London office of Soros' Open Society Foundation. To the northwest is #4 Victoria Street, home of the British Iranian Chamber of Commerce where it seems deals were made to help Iran re-arm after fighting Iran for eight years.

Then there's our old friend the Corinthia Hotel up to the north a few blocks.
