MAYBE he’s been playing along with the cabal, quietly taking no ties and planning against them. MAYBE he quit because both potus and Comey knew the cabal could no longer use him against/spy/hurt on potus?

But he DID help in making her lose.. did you watch his hearings about her emails? Him beating around the bush with her missing emails and not clarifying that she was innocent made the public question her motives and honesty.
