I don't think we ever knew what it was really about until these reveals (if true). The part about the 2 billion in kickbacks to CF and McCF sounds believable. Q was saying the timing of these events matters, but I've not had a chance to do a timeline.
I don't think anyone knows for sure. But for sure some level of corruption of the blood line.
