I think Allan Parrot is a conspiracy wrap-up smear on Benghazi to finally remove it from the zeitgeist for good.

The UBL stuff in particular. Iran (Shia, Persian) wouldn't hold UBL (Sunni, Arab). AQ doesn't mix well with Iran. He was instead likely killed back when we kicked off events in Afghanistan.
It just reads like those overwrought cabal attacks to muddy the waters so that truth can never be discerned, much like 9/11 conspiracies.

There are truths - US made stingers have taken down multiple ac in Afghanistan. I've heard Benghazi was a weapons running or procuring op (remove stingers from Astan). This makes sense.
The thing that gets me is the UBL stuff doesn't add up with Iran, but it sure as hell adds up with the fake mission presented to us.
