Last night while watching him here on the boards and anon's getting pissed I thought back to when I was a little kid. Every afternoon Mom would watch the soap, "As the World Turns"
(on our B&W TV with an antenna that only got channels 3, 5 & 9 ;-)
I member Mom crying while watching it one day, wanting to comfort her I walked over, gave her a hug and said,
"Its just a show Mom, please don't cry"
Funny the things that pop into our heads from so long ago, long lost memories.
No, not until I was older and we had color TV by then. Mom and Dad were very restrictive of how much TV time us kids got. Saturday morning was the big day, cartoons and westerns until noon and then the TV got shut off, "go outside and play" And we did, we spent the majority of our time outside having great adventures in the woods, grew up in the country, surrounded by farm land. Best years of my life, wish every kid could experience it!
Yeah we did have it good ;-)
You know, the stuff we've been through, all this today doesn't effect us at the same level as the younger generations, it's a lot harder for them to wake up and see the mind manipulation, we've known it all along.
I feel truly Blessed to still be here during these days to witness it and be a part of it. I faced death a few times and didn't think I'd make it another year but somehow God pulled me through it all, he still has work for me to complete. I had lost hope things would change and I feared the world my grand kids would have to live in, then that Nov night when Trump won, I danced! I hadn't danced since I lost my leg, felt good man! Hope returned, and here we are today, close to making it to the other side of that hill where the world will change BIGLY! Just think what the world will look like in a year! Glory to God!
And so happy to be here with all you, my fellow Patriots! We are truly Blessed!
