Maybe he was a 'designated driver'...haha maybe not. Maybe he smoked it, and passed out, and then as a gag someone else took that pic showing the 'why' he passed out by resting the pipe there.

If someone did that to me while I was sleeping, if I weren't unconscious from some drug then I would immediately wake up. Otherwise in my 'normal' sleep mode I am what others call 'light' sleeper but for me that's bodily, for sounds/noises I generally don't wake up unless it's loud enough to wake most people of various sleep depths.

Maybe the pic was a 'setup' as a means to blackmail Hunter.
