Leaked Hunter Biden Hard Drive Allegedly Contained Several Explicit Images, 12-Minute ‘Raunchy’ Video

Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden allegedly made a “raunchy” video and was seen in numerous “sexually explicit images,” per a new report released Wednesday from the New York Post.

A laptop computer which allegedly belonged to Biden was turned into a Delaware computer shop back in April 2019, according to the report. The computer and hard drive were seized by the FBI in December, per the Post.

However, the shop owner allegedly made a copy of the findings and turned it over to former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani’s lawyer, Robert Costello. Steve Bannon, former adviser to President Donald Trump, told The Post about the hard drive in late September, and Giuliani allegedly gave The Post a copy of the items Sunday.

It’s unclear why the unidentified shop owner made a copy of the items and turned it over to Giuliani’s lawyer. It’s also unclear why Bannon was involved in the transaction.

Among items allegedly extracted from the hard drive included a “raunchy, 12-minute video that appears to show Hunter… smoking crack while engaged in a sex act with an unidentified woman, as well as numerous other sexually explicit images.”

However, it’s unclear from the report who the woman allegedly seen in the video is and what relation – if any – she has with Biden. It is also unclear where and when the video and pictures were taken.

Further, the shop owner “couldn’t positively identify the customer as Hunter Biden” and apparently made the determination after noticing a sticker on the laptop that allegedly read “Beau Biden Foundation,” which is named after Hunter’s late brother and former attorney general of Delaware.

Hunter has admitted to previous stints in rehab for addiction and alcoholism, including a 2016 stint for a crack binge. In 2019, employees at a DC strip club alleged Biden used the VIP smoke room to smoke crack.

More recently, a report by the U.S. Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs said Biden paid Russian and other Eastern European women who were allegedly linked to “Eastern European prostitution or human trafficking ring.”

Feds Had Evidence of Joe Biden’s Burisma Meeting Since Impeachment Inquiry

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has reportedly had evidence that former Vice President Joe Biden met with an executive from Burisma introduced by his son, Hunter, since the week in December 2019 when the House impeached the president.

The New York Post reported on Wednesday that an abandoned laptop hard drive contained evidence that Hunter Biden, who sat on the board of the corruption-plagued Ukrainian company, made the introduction to then-Vice President Biden in 2015.

The evidence: an email from Burisma adviser Vadym Pozharskyi thanking Hunter Biden for the “opportunity to meet your father and spent [sic] some time together” in Washington, D.C.

Less than a year later, in March 2016, Biden would pressure Ukraine into firing a prosecutor with jurisdiction over investigations into Burisma, threatening to withhold $1 billion in U.S. loan guarantees.

Joe Biden has denied speaking with his son about his foreign business — a claim his son has contradicted.

The new evidence comes from an abandoned laptop that was left at a Delaware repair shop and seized by the FBI on Dec. 17, 2019 — the day before Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) held the vote to impeach President Donald Trump.

The store owner had contacted the FBI, but made copy of the hard drive before yielding it. He later provided that copy to Robert Costello, an attorney for former NewYork City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, who is an attorney for the president, the Post reported.

The Post also noted that other materials, including family photographs, support the laptop’s relationship to Hunter Biden.

The issue of Joe Biden’s intervention in Ukraine — and his conflict of interest — was crucial to the impeachment.

President Trump had asked Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to look into allegations concerning “Biden’s son.” He was then impeached, based on a letter from a “whistleblower” who had not actually heard the call between Trump and Zelensky.

The president claimed he had been acting in the national interest; Democrats alleged he had abused his power to smear a rival.

It is not clear why the FBI never released or acted on the evidence it reportedly seized, which supported Trump’s case.

During the Senate impeachment trial earlier this year, Republicans suggested that they would allow the White House to call Hunter Biden and perhaps Joe Biden as witnesses if Democrats insisted on calling more witnesses than the House had seen.

Hunter Biden was appointed to the board of Burisma in 2014, a conflict of interest that briefly prompted reporters to raise questions with the Obama administration at the time. The impeachment inquiry revealed that other federal officials tried to raised the issue, without success.

A report released by Senate Republicans earlier this year noted suggested that Joe Biden may have lied about discussing his son’s business dealings and about being warned about a potential conflict of interest.

Critics have accused Joe Biden of using his office to provide business opportunities for his family, which he has steadfastly denied.

Hunter Biden made an appearance at the 2020 Democratic National Convention, vouching for his father’s honesty.

World Economic Forum Outlines Its ‘Great Reset’ to End Traditional Capitalism

The coronavirus crisis presents an opportunity for a “new kind of capitalism” and “great reset” of global economies, politics, and societies, according to World Economic Forum (WEF) founder and executive chairman Klaus Schwab.

In an article published Monday by the WEF, an impatient Schwab claims neo-liberalism is dead and with it traditional notions of economic capitalism.

In their place is a set of “Stakeholder Capitalism Metrics” the WEF says enables the world to progress under one set of overarching rules as drawn up by it, with “social justice” a key component of this brave new world.

This restructure of the way we do business is the new model for the “great reset” Schwab argues, adding he foresees the coronavirus crisis as too good an opportunity not to “re-evaluate sacred cows of the pre-pandemic system.”

He outlines his argument by pointing to just how serious the epidemic has been to the way we live now: Schwab writes:

No event since World War II’s end has had as profound a global impact as COVID-19. The pandemic has triggered a public health and economic crisis on a scale unseen in generations and has exacerbated systemic problems such as inequality and great-power posturing.

The only acceptable response to such a crisis is to pursue a “Great Reset” of our economies, politics, and societies. Indeed, this is a moment to re-evaluate the sacred cows of the pre-pandemic system, but also to defend certain long-held values. The task we face is to preserve the accomplishments of the past 75 years in a more sustainable form.

Schwab believes that if the Chinese coronavirus crisis has shown us anything, it is “that governments, businesses, or civil-society groups acting alone cannot meet systemic global challenges.”

In their stead, the WEF says the world should adopt more socialistic policies, such as wealth taxes, additional regulations and massive Green New Deal-like government programs.

We need to break down the siloes that keep these domains separate, he says, and start to build institutional platforms for public-private cooperation.

Put simply, Schwab believes the time to “re-consider capitalism” has arrived. He adds:

The Great Reset should seek to lend a voice to those who have been left behind, so that everyone who is willing to “co-shape” the future can do so. The reset that we need is not a revolution or a shift to some new ideology… Some of the pillars of the global system will need to be replaced, and others repaired or strengthened. To achieve shared progress, prosperity, and health requires nothing more – or less.

Ulitmately Schwab says the trade, taxation, and competition rules that reflect decades of neoliberal influence are over.

The world stands at the precipice of change and the WEF sees itself in the forefront of that rebuild of capitalism which it envisages means companies “contribute to social welfare and the common good” at the expense of shareholders and investors.

More will be outlined next year at the 2021 WEF global summit in Switzerland.

EU Readies Sanctions Against 6 Russians, 1 Company In Retaliation For Navalny 'Poisoning'

Since releasing the first photo of him and his family post-coma, Russian opposition candidate Alexei Navalny has hurled accusations at Russian President Vladimir Putin claiming one of the world's most powerful leaders took time off from his busy schedule of running Russia to personally mastermind his second alleged poisoning.

German leaders claimed last month that Navalny had been poisoned with Novichok, according to an analysis by a military lab. Not that certain German politicians (even some officials in Angela Merkel's coalition government) don't have an interest to try and sabotage relations with Russia right now, ahead of next year's election to decide who will lead a post-Merkel Germany.

Since then, an international chemical weapons agency has claimed to have confirmed the Novichok analysis.

Skeptics questioned how Navalny and the Skripals have all managed to survive alleged Novichok attacks. If the "feared" Soviet nerve agent is truly so deadly, then why have the assailants found it so difficult to deliver a large enough dose to kill their targets?

But western leaders have once again ignored calls urging them not to rush to judgment. According to media reports, the EU is preparing to blacklist at least six people and one entity over Russia's "attempted murder" of Navalny.

The European Union is poised to blacklist six people and one entity in Russia over the attempted murder of opposition leader Alexey Navalny.

EU member-state envoys in Brussels cleared the way on Wednesday for bloc-wide asset freezes on the Russian officials and the organization as well as travel bans on the individuals, according to a person familiar with the matter, who asked not to be identified before a public announcement. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said earlier that his country will retaliate against the move with reciprocal sanctions.

The identities of the people and entity targeted by the EU will be disclosed when the sanctions take effect, probably on Thursday, according to another official for the 27-nation bloc. The plan to impose penalties is based on a German-French proposal that EU foreign ministers agreed to on Monday.

Russia has repeatedly denied Germany's and Navalny's accusations, and offered to participate in the investigation. As Bloomberg notes, this is just the latest incident involving the EU and Russia, stretching back to Moscow's annexation of Crimea back in 2014.

It's unclear who is being targeted by the sanctions; we imagine we'll learn the identities of the six individuals (as well as the unnamed "entity") today, if not later this week.

UK Drops Boris Johnson’s Thursday Brexit Deadline, Talks Will Continue into November: Report

The British government is so desperate to sign a Brexit deal with the European Union it will abandon yet another Brexit deadline tomorrow to allow talks to continue, according to claims.

UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson had insisted on an October 15th cutoff for talks to reach a conclusive and positive point, believing that beyond that day there would not be time for European governments and the European Parliament to ratify the deal. But according to an unnamed source speaking to Bloomberg, the UK is now ready to abandon that deadline and continue talks.

The source told Bloomberg that “a deal is possible as long as both sides enter into a period of intense negotiation in the coming days”.

In the Euro-jargon parlance of these talks, that intense period of negotiations that would end in a deal being agreed is called “the tunnel”, so known because the negotiations would take place in an isolated and confined space away from media — and public — scrutiny. This would, the theory goes, prevent talks from being derailed and from attention being taken up by leaks to the press — a near-constant feature of negotiations so far otherwise.

While British negotiators want to enter tunnel talks to force progress, Europe’s chief negotiator — Michel Barnier — has repeatedly said any such move was a long way off, and sources said as recently as yesterday saying that the “tunnel… did not appear to be on the cards ‘by far'”.

The UK has set several deadlines and subsequently ignored them over the course of the Brexit negotiations, and may be suffering from the law of diminishing returns on this policy of talking tough and walking back at the last minute. Britain’s negotiators had said there was no point in talking if there was no “broad outline of an agreement” by June — four months ago — because at that point, it would be better to focus on making no-deal preparations rather than trying to sign a deal that would not be ready in time.

Despite that rhetoric, the deadline passed, and stalemate talks continued. And as Breitbart London reported this week, that was not by far the only missed deadline:

There were also three Brexit deadlines last year, with the original Brexit day moved from March 29th, 2019, to October 31st, 2019, after former Prime Minister Theresa May failed to pass her version of the withdrawal agreement. The then-Remainer dominated House of Commons forced the new prime minister, Boris Johnson, into another delay to January 31st, 2020.

Mr Johnson has maintained that he will not delay the transition period, and said in his telephone call with Mr Macron that while he wanted a deal, he would not accept one at any price and was ready to leave the bloc without one.

It is perhaps not surprising, therefore, that Europe’s Brexit supremo Michel Barnier felt empowered to dismiss this week’s Brexit deadline out of hand. As Breitbart London reported, he is claimed to have said of the deadline: “It is the third unilateral deadline that Johnson has imposed without agreement… We still have time.”

France, too, dismissed the October deadline, saying talks could go on into November. Speaking at the weekend, French minister Clément Beaune said to avoid “bad concessions” for the European Union being made, it was important to remain “calm” in the last days of negotiations. German political leaders, too, have pushed that talks must be advantageous to Europe — at the expense of the UK, if necessary.

Making no indication whatsoever that Europe would be willing to find compromise, Germany’s Europe minister said negotiators expected “substantial progress by our friends in the United Kingdom in key areas”.

Kansas Democrat Senate Nominee Barbara Bollier Praises Australian-Style Gun Confiscation: ‘It’s This Amazing Thing’

During a recent campaign event, Kansas Democrat Senate nominee Barbara Bollier gushed over Australian-style gun confiscation that takes “all” firearms from citizens, praising it as “amazing.”

“The outcome of the race could impact who controls the Senate after the election since Bollier is running to replace retiring Republican senator Pat Roberts,” The Washington Free Beacon reported. “Bollier’s stated support for gun confiscation could make her campaign against Republican Roger Marshall harder to win in the traditionally red state. Bollier already faces an uphill but not unwinnable battle, with The Cook Political Report rating the race as currently leaning toward Marshall.”

“They have no guns. They don’t allow them. They just took them all away,” Bollier said. “And, you know what, it’s pretty darn safe. It’s this amazing thing.”

Eric Pahls, campaign manager for Republican Roger Marshall’s campaign, warned of Bollier’s far-left gun control views in a statement to the Free Beacon.

“This may sound good to Bollier’s donors in San Francisco, but to Kansans, this is disqualifying,” Pahls said. “Even among Democrats, forced gun confiscation is an alarming concept.”

European countries enforce new restrictions as coronavirus cases hit record high – curfews in Italy, Germany, Spain, UK, Ireland

Governments across Europe are ratcheting up restrictions as the continent recorded its highest weekly number of new coronavirus cases since the start of the pandemic.

The World Health Organisation (WHO) said there were more than 700,000 new Covid-19 cases reported in Europe last week, a jump of 34% compared to the previous week, with the UK, France, Russia and Spain accounting for more than half of new infections recorded in the region.

The increasing case numbers in Europe are partly the result of more testing, but the UN health agency noted that deaths were also up 16% in the region last week compared to the previous week.

Doctors are also warning that while many new cases currently affect younger people, who tend to have milder symptoms, the median age could rise again, resulting in more serious illnesses in elderly populations.

Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte ordered bans on sports games among friends and parties in closed spaces. Private gatherings at homes with more than six people who do not live together are also discouraged.

Like other European countries, Italy is also limiting nightlife, with bars and restaurants having to close at midnight, and drinking while standing at a bar banned after 9pm.

Italy made wearing masks mandatory outdoors last week, a requirement already in place in Spain, Turkey, India and a handful of other Asian countries. Elsewhere in Europe, such mandates are in effect in hotspot cities like Paris, Brussels and Pristina, Kosovo, and are being introduced in several German cities.

FACT: The New York Times reported that 3,7000 UNTESTED Covid deaths were added to the overall death count in NYC on April 14th when they did a readjustment including “probable deaths”. Who knows how many thousands of others were added to the death toll that were never tested and never were covered by MSM.

At a time when hospitals were on the verge of bankruptcy everywhere, hospital administrators had no means to keep their hospitals afloat unless they pressured their doctors to write up whatever they could as a Covid death. This was made legal by the CDC’s own definitions of how to classify.

In a first, British trade unions commit to challenging Israeli ‘apartheid’

A British Trade Union Congress motion urging members "to join the international campaign to stop annexation and end apartheid” could encourage unions worldwide to play a major role in the international Palestine solidarity movement as they did against Apartheid in South Africa.

On September 15th, the Annual Congress of the Trade Union Congress (TUC) representing nearly 6 million members in the UK adopted a motion which reaffirmed its solidarity with the struggle of the Palestinian people for the right to self-determination, condemning the occupation and expansionist policies of the Israeli government.

The resolution expressed outright opposition to the annexationist ambitions of the Netanyahu government, backed by the United States Administration and called for an end to British government complicity. Demanding a cessation of the blockade of Gaza and support for “the right of Palestinian refugees to return”, it committed the TUC to “communicate its position to all other national trade union centres in the International and European Trade Union Confederations and urge them to join the international campaign to stop annexation and end apartheid”.

What is distinct about the resolution is that, in calling for an end to “apartheid”, it identifies the Israeli state’s practices towards the Palestinian people as institutionally discriminatory, thereby challenging the normalisation of relations currently adopted for example by the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain and promoted by the White House.

Internationalism has a long tradition in the British trade union movement. In the 1860s, mill workers in the Manchester area refused to work with slave labour produced cotton imported from the southern states of the USA, despite the hardships their families suffered as a consequence. Volunteers, many from the trade union movement, fought in the Spanish Civil War against the fascists. In the 1960s, trade unionists were amongst the first to respond to the African National Congress call for a boycott of South Africa. It is this tradition that is echoed in the solidarity being expressed for the Palestinian people.

When acted on, the TUC decision could make a significant contribution to the building of the international solidarity movement and encouraging unions worldwide to play a major role in the campaign as they did in the campaign against Apartheid in South Africa.

Recent censorship by the Israel lobby: five incidents

How much is too much? When will Israeli nationalists in North America completely discredit themselves by overusing their power to crush those defending Palestinians?

The recent ruthlessness of the Israel lobby is remarkable. Recently they’ve convinced Zoom to cancel a university-sponsored talk, a prominent law program to rescind a job offer, a public broadcaster to apologize for using the word Palestine and companies to stop delivering for a restaurant.

A week ago Israel lobby groups convinced Zoom to cancel a San Francisco State University talk with Palestinian resistance icon Leila Khaled, former South African minister Ronnie Kasrils, director of women’s studies at Birzeit University Rula Abu Dahou, and others. It is thought to be the first time Zoom has ever suppressed a university-sponsored talk.

Last month the Israel lobby pressed the University of Toronto’s law school to rescind a job offer to head its International Human Rights Program. The pressure to block the hiring committee’s candidate, Valentina Azarova, came from judge David Spiro, who was a former Toronto Co-chair of the Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs (CIJA) and whose uncle Larry Tanenbaum owns the Toronto Raptors and grandmother Anne Tanenbaum financed the University of Toronto’s center for Jewish studies. While Spiro’s efforts were covert, B’nai B’rith has openly called on the University of Toronto administrators to block the hiring committee’s decision.

CBC’s The Current recently apologized for employing the word “Palestine”. On August 18 guest anchor Duncan McCue introduced graphic artist Joe Sacco by referencing his work in Bosnia, Iraq and Palestine (Sacco has a work called Palestine). At the beginning of the next day’s edition, McCue apologized for having mentioned Palestine and Honest Reporting Canada boasted about their efforts to pressure the public broadcaster from employing the P-word.

As part of a bid to bankrupt a small left-wing Toronto restaurant that has an “I love Gaza” message in its window the CIJA and B’nai B’rith successfully campaigned to shutter Foodbenders delivery services, institutional contracts and social media accounts. They allied with the far-right Jewish Defense League and others who vandalized the restaurant in July.

In an August Walrus story titled “Objectivity Is a Privilege Afforded to White Journalists” former CBC journalist Pacinthe Mattar describes a senior editor stepping in to suppress an interview from Jerusalem with Ahmed Shihab-Eldin, an Emmy-nominated journalist of Palestinian descent. Many months later Mattar was blocked from an expected promotion by the “director who had decided not to run the 2017 interview from Jerusalem” who “had expressed concerns that I was biased and therefore should not be promoted, an opinion shared by some of the other committee members. And that was that.”

Anti-Palestinian organizations are waging an aggressive campaign to have Facebook adopt the ‘stop criticizing Israel’ International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance’s (IHRA) definition of antisemitism. The explicit aim of those pushing the IHRA’s definition of antisemitism is to silence or marginalize those who criticize Palestinian dispossession and support the Palestinian civil society-led Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement.

Leaked Shell Oil Memo Incentivizes Anti-White Discrimination

The capitalist embrace of explicitly anti-white policies is accelerating at Shell Oil, which is also a prominent sponsor of Nikole Hannah-Jones’ 1619 Project,

An internal email provided to National Justice from the company’s president Gretchen Watkins titled “The Shell Racial Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Plan” leads with a Black Lives Matter style narrative about the deaths of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor and Ahmaud Arbery that bares no resemblance to the facts on the ground.

According to the memo, all employees at the company will be obligated to complete White Privilege and anti-racist “intervention” training by 2021. The multi-national has also designated a Diversity & Inclusion Day that will “focus on social justice,” an initiative to increase donations to a variety of leftist groups, and a supply chain policy that racially privileges non-white vendors.

The most extreme new initiative will be in respects to performance metrics. Making an effort to hire fewer white people regardless of merit will now be part of management’s Key Performance Indicator (KPI) score. According to a source with knowledge of Shell’s internal culture, employees are punished or rewarded based on their KPI rating, thus the policy financially incentivizes the racial exclusion of whites.

The document makes it clear that participating in this activism against one’s own race and conscience is not voluntary. Forcing white workers to endure racial abuse and bigotry on the job has become ubiquitous in American life, even in industries not known for being political like big oil.

According to Open Secrets, Shell actually spends most of its political money influencing Republicans, which creates a conflict of interest between anti-white capitalists and the GOP they bankroll. Under Trump, the institutional right has been campaigning against the 1619 Project and Critical Race Theory.

Some smaller Marxist factions have expressed dismay at the eagerness shown by identity-leftists to collaborate with corporations like Shell. Two authors at the World Socialist Web Site (WSWS) wrote a scathing piece about “anti-racist” superstars providing cover for Shell’s highly unethical business deals around the world.

For white working people, the close relationship between big business and a strain of anti-white activism once dismissed as fringe should be a cause for concern.

Royal Dutch Shell, the parent company of Shell Oil, receives close to a billion dollars in federal contracts every year. U.S. Gov’t Awards Contracts to Seven Organizations with Ties to Gates Foundation, DARPA, Big Tech

On September 15, the National Institutes of Health announced that they had awarded contracts to seven companies developing digital health solutions for SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. The National Cancer Institute (NCI) and the National Institute of Biomedical Imaging and Bioengineering (NIBIB), part of the NIH, selected the seven projects put forth by the organizations. The contracts are worth up to $22.8 million and will focus on using artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and other methods, combined with smartphone apps, wearable devices, and software “that can identify and trace contacts of infected individuals, keep track of verified COVID-19 test results, and monitor the health status of infected and potentially infected individuals.” These organizations include:

The NIH also noted that another company, CareEvolution, LLC (Ann Arbor, Michigan), was awarded a contract by the NIBIB.

NIBIB Director Bruce J. Tromberg, Ph.D., stated that digital health technologies built around smartphones and wearable devices will help guide the public through the COVID-19 pandemic by gathering and analyzing large amounts of data from many different sources.

“When this information is analyzed using cutting-edge computational and machine learning methods, everyone will have access to powerful new tools for reducing the risk of infection and returning to normal activities,” Tromberg said.

The news of the NIH contracts provoked few media reports about the latest development in the fight against COVID-19. However, there was no scrutiny of the companies themselves. This piece is a brief examination of the connections between the companies pushing smartphone apps and wearable technologies, and the individuals and institutions who stand to benefit from the advancement of this biosecurity focused, technocratic reality. A study of these organizations reveals connections to the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), Apple, and Google.

iCrypto, Inc.

Let’s start with the organization of which we know the least about – iCrypto, Inc. The NIH awarded digital firm iCrypto, Inc. a contract for “developing a smartphone-based platform to provide proof of testing, serologic, and vaccination status.” Beyond that single line there are not many details available regarding the “smartphone-based platform” iCrypto is commissioned to build.

The company’s LinkedIn page says iCrypto provides “a scalable, customizable, SaaS solution with capabilities including amongst others Mobile-Centric ID Aggregation, strong Mobile-Centric (biometric) Authentication across the organization, Verifications, Authorizations, and Attestations (immutable audit trails), thus assisting with all-around accountability, governance & audit compliance, non-repudiation, increased productivity and profitability.”

ICrypto’s website describes itself as a “Trust and Digital ID / Attestation platform that enables businesses to transact faster (minimize friction) with increased trust, accountability and profitability.” Beyond this brief description and a mention of 3 employees, the website is barren and offers little details on the companies history.

Similarly, the twitter account for iCrypto has only 2 tweets from 2018. A list of press releases from the company make no mention of the NIH contract, but one press release from 2019 states that iCrypto has an “extensive offering that encompasses multiple authentication factors such as fingerprint scans, photographs, facial recognition, user behaviour, and PINs, iCrypto is the most comprehensive solution of its kind in the market today.”

Further investigations are needed to come to arrive at a fuller understanding of iCrypto’s “smartphone based platform” and how it will interact with the population.

FBI says it has reached no conclusion on cause of Beirut blast

The US Federal Bureau of Investigation said on Tuesday it has reached no firm conclusion about what caused the August 4 explosion in the port of Beirut that killed nearly 200 people and caused billions of dollars in damage.

Other US and European government agencies closely following the investigations into the explosion strongly believe that the blast was accidental.

“No such conclusion has been reached,” an FBI spokeswoman told Reuters by email. She cited an earlier statement in which the US agency said it would be “providing our Lebanese partners investigative assistance” in their probe.

“Further questions should be directed to the Lebanese authorities as to the lead investigators,” the spokeswoman said.

Lebanese media on Tuesday reported that an FBI report into the explosion was handed over to a Lebanese judge on Monday. The FBI declined to comment on the reports.

Two US government sources familiar with official reporting and analysis on the incident said that US agencies were also largely convinced that the blast, involving large quantities of ammonium nitrate which had been stored in a port building for years, was an accident.

A European government source familiar with intelligence reporting and analysis said official European experts also assessed that the explosion was accidental.

US Flew 60 Spy Planes Near China’s Coast in September

Beijing-based think tank also recorded US military planes disguising themselves as civilian aircraft in the region

According to a Beijing-based think tank that monitors flights in the region, the US flew at least 60 warplanes near China’s coast in September, The South China Morning Post reported on Tuesday.

The South China Sea Strategic Situation Probing Initiative (SCSPI) recorded 41 US flights over the disputed South China Sea, six over the East China Sea, and 13 over the Yellow Sea.

In a report released on Monday, the SCSPI said, based on refueling activity, the US could be preparing for long-distance attacks on targets in the South China Sea. The report said the US sent planes from Guam to refuel surveillance planes over the South China Sea.

“It’s unusual for the US to dispatch fuel tankers from Guam [instead of from Kadena airbase in Japan] because such operations are uneconomical and inefficient,” the SCSPI report said. “Such operations are more probably preparing for future long-distance refueling in extreme conditions, and thus deserve great attention.”

The report said the September numbers were roughly the same as July and August. But the SCSPI noted there could have been more US flights in the region because some planes disguised themselves as civilian aircraft or did not turn on their transponders.

The SCSPI recorded instances of US military planes disguising as civilian aircraft in September. The think tank warned of the danger this practice could pose to actual civilian aircraft in the region.

Souring US-China relations in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic have come with an uptick in US military activity in the region. The South China Sea has especially turned into a dangerous flashpoint between the two powers. In July, the Trump administration formally rejected most of Beijing’s claims to the disputed waters, and the US regularly sends warships near Chinese-claimed islands in the region.

Supreme Court sides with Trump administration and rules it can END the Census count NOW in huge defeat for Democratic states and cities

The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday stopped the once-a-decade head count of every U.S. resident from continuing through the end of October.

President Donald Trump's administration had asked the nation's high court to suspend a district court's order permitting the 2020 census to continue through the end of the month.

The Trump administration argued that the head count needed to end immediately so the U.S. Census Bureau had enough time to crunch the numbers before a congressionally mandated year-end deadline for turning in figures used for deciding how many congressional seats each state gets.

The Supreme Court order was issued unsigned but with a dissent by Justice Sonia Sotomayor. It is unknown how the rest of the court divided.

A coalition of local governments and civil rights groups had sued the Trump administration, arguing that minorities and others in hard-to-count communities would be missed if the count ended early.

They said the census schedule was cut short to accommodate a July order from Trump that would exclude people in the country illegally from the numbers used to decide how many congressional seats each state gets.

Sotomayor dissented saying: 'Moreover, meeting the deadline at the expense of the accuracy of the census is not a cost worth paying, especially when the Government has failed to show why it could not bear the lesser cost of expending more resources to meet the deadline or continuing its prior efforts to seek an extension from Congress.'

Last month, U.S. District Judge Lucy Koh in San Jose, California sided with the plaintiffs and issued an injunction which suspended a Sept. 30 deadline for finishing the 2020 census and a Dec. 31 deadline for submitting numbers used to determine how many congressional seats each state gets - a process known as apportionment.

That caused the deadlines to revert back to a previous Census Bureau plan that had field operations ending Oct. 31 and the reporting of apportionment figures at the end of April 2021.

When the Census Bureau, and the Commerce Department, which oversees the statistical agency, picked an Oct. 5 end date, Koh struck that down too, accusing officials of 'lurching from one hasty, unexplained plan to the next… and undermining the credibility of the Census Bureau and the 2020 Census.'

An appellate court panel upheld Koh's order allowing the census to continue through October but struck down the part that suspended the Dec. 31 deadline for turning in apportionment numbers.

The FBI used reports from Yahoo in an attempt to corroborate the infamous Steele dossier that probed Trump's ties to Russia and contained the notorious 'golden showers' story about the president, according to newly declassified documents.

The 94-page document, declassified by the FBI on October 8, details how the bureau worked to determine the credibility of the claims put forward in the dossier.

The 'golden showers' dossier was produced by Christopher Steele, a former British spy for MI6, who was hired to investigate Trump by research company Fusion GPS, which was in turn funded by the Democratic National Committee and the Hillary Clinton campaign.

The explosive document detailed Trump's alleged ties to Russia including accusations he and his campaign worked in cahoots with Moscow to beat Clinton in the 2016 election, were offered funds from Moscow and had full knowledge of Russia tapping in to Democrats' emails.

It also claimed Russia was able to blackmail Trump because the Kremlin had footage of him watching prostitutes urinate on a hotel bed in Moscow in 2013 when he visited the city for the Miss Universe pageant.

The FBI investigated the claims made in the dossier after it was leaked in January 2017 and it was used to obtain a FISA eavesdropping warrant on Carter Page, a former Trump campaign aide.

The declassified documents reveal the efforts taken by the FBI to attempt to verify the claims of collusion between Trump and Russia.

It consists of 73 pages of heavily redacted analysis and 21 pages of references.

Corroboration efforts were compiled into the 94-page spreadsheet, with the claims detailed by Steele put down the left-hand column and the 'Corroboration/Analyst Notes' in the right-hand column.

It shows the FBI relied heavily on what it called 'open source' information, including websites, public speeches, YouTube videos, and news articles, according to The Washington Examiner.

News articles featured regularly in the 'Corroboration/Analyst Notes' section as attempted verification of the allegations.

This included news reports from several outlets including Yahoo, Mother Jones, The Washington Post, Huffington Post, CNN and The New York Times.

For example, the claim that the 'Russian regime has been cultivating, supporting, and assisting Trump for at least five years' was backed up by news articles, reported the Examiner.

Is it a desperate last roll of the dice or the confident declaration of a woman poised to assume power? Svetlana Tikhanovskaya, runner-up in the disputed Belarusian election, has upped the ante considerably with a bold warning.

The exiled former candidate, who believes the contest was rigged to prevent her from claiming victory, has announced that the opposition she aspires to lead from her Lithuanian exile intends to move to more active measures in two weeks’ time, if her demands are not met.

Tikhanovskaya insists that incumbent President Alexander Lukashenko must resign, law enforcement agencies should stop dispersing protests, and all arrested opposition figures must be released – including her husband Sergey and also Maria Kolesnikova, the erstwhile co-leader of the summer protest movement in Belarus.

“We declare a national ultimatum on October 25,” she wrote on her Telegram channel. If the authorities fail to meet these demands, the opposition will organize strikes, block roads and call on supporters to stop purchasing goods in state shops, Tikhanovskaya said. These moves would be potentially devastating for the Belarusian economy if successfully implemented.

However, in many respects Tikhanovkaya's declaration seems unrealistic. Her last call for a nationwide general strike was barely heeded, and that came in mid-August, when feelings about the disputed election were raw and more intense than they are now. Viewed objectively, it suggests she actually fears her movement is running out of momentum.

Notably, Tikhanovskaya has recently taken on a close advisor from NATO's think tank Atlantic Council, and it's reasonably likely that her maneuver has been encouraged by Western influencers. The activist concerned, Franak Viačorka, previously worked for the US state-run broadcaster RFE/RL and his presence on her team has raised eyebrows in Moscow, givenTikhanovskaya has publicly insisted she is not ‘anti-Russian.' The open introduction of an Atlantic Council lobbyist to her team is considered astonishing given the outfit's raison d'étre is to encourage a hostile stance towards Moscow.

Coalition whip Miki Zohar, a staunch ally of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, railed against Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit on Wednesday morning, calling for his resignation and warning that if he doesn’t, more damaging recordings could soon be published after a TV report aired taped phone conversations in which Mandelblit is heard complaining bitterly about Shai Nitzan, the state attorney at the time, for failing to close a criminal case against him.

The threat that additional recordings would be published if the attorney general doesn’t step down and withdraw charges against the prime minister was condemned by Netanyahu and by Mandelblit himself.

The release of the tapes by Channel 12 on Tuesday was seen by allies of Netanyahu — whom Mandelblit indicted on corruption charges earlier this year — as supporting an unsubstantiated conspiracy theory that the attorney general had been blackmailed by the state attorney, prosecutors and police into filing the charges as part of a “witch hunt” aimed at ousting the premier.

The newly aired recordings, while highlighting a beef between Mandelblit and Nitzan years before the Netanyahu investigations began, do not provide evidence for any such blackmail.

Nevertheless, Zohar told Radio 103FM: “We are just waiting for more of the truth to come out, proving that what we have been saying is true, about corrupt coordination between Shai Nitzan and Avichai Mandelblit, who was in fact blackmailed by Shai Nitzan into filing the indictments against Netanyahu at any price.”

When an interviewer pointed out that Mandelblit only filed a bribery charge in one of the three cases against Netanyahu, while Nitzan had wanted bribery charges in all three, Zohar claimed that was also coordinated.

“They knew exactly where they were going, Shai Nitzan knew all of the cases added up to nothing but wanted to get the desired result in at least one case,” he said.

Facebook criticized for suppressing Hunter Biden email report

Following The New York Post‘s bombshell front-page report about the damning Hunter Biden emails that it obtained, the social media site will be “reducing” the article’s “distribution” on its platform.

Andy Stone, who is a Policy Communications Manager at Facebook, late on Wednesday morning tweeted about this move from the social media giant without linking The Post‘s article.

“While I will intentionally not link to the New York Post, I want be clear that this story is eligible to be fact checked by Facebook’s third-party fact checking partners,” said Stone. “In the meantime, we are reducing its distribution on our platform.”

There was no real plan to kidnap Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, but only "military wannabes" who engaged in "big talk" and played with guns in the woods, defense lawyers argued in court Tuesday.

As one defense lawyer suggested, the case appears to be one of "big talk between crackpots," or "people who talk a lot … but are never going to do anything."

"Have you ever dealt with big talkers?" defense attorney Scott Graham asked an FBI agent on cross examination, adding: "There's kind of a military-wanna-be theme that runs between the militias."

If this was another FBI frame-up job certainly it wouldn't be the first and it won't be the last.

The FBI's affidavit revealed they had multiple informants and undercover agents involved in this operation going all the way back to June.

They could have arrested these saps months ago but likely chose to wait until right before the election for maximum political impact.

China Had COVID-Like Patients Months Before Official Timeline

Internal CCP documents show patients in Wuhan had symptoms as early as September 2019, but authorities didn't disclose to the world

A series of leaked documents shows that patients in China with symptoms similar to COVID-19 were hospitalized months before the regime’s official timeline, throwing into question when exactly the CCP virus began spreading in Wuhan, China’s epidemic ground zero.

At least one patient started experiencing COVID-19-like symptoms in September 2019, according to hospital data obtained by The Epoch Times from a trusted source who has access to government documents. Dozens more were hospitalized over the following month.

Wuhan hospitals also reported several deaths in October 2019 due to severe pneumonia, lung infections, and other symptoms similar to COVID-19 patients.

The city’s health commission only publicly announced an outbreak of a novel form of pneumonia on Dec. 31, 2019—after social media posts by whistleblower doctors had gone viral.

In a letter dated Feb. 19 obtained by The Epoch Times, a national investigation team set up by the central government stated that it wished to trace early cases of the disease. It asked local authorities for data from all Wuhan medical institutions over the period between Oct. 1 to Dec. 10, 2019, including information on patients who visited fever clinics in the vicinity of the Huanan Seafood Market, a wet market that the officials initially identified as the outbreak origin; details of the earliest 10 suspected cases at each medical agency rated tier two or above (three is the highest); and pneumonia deaths with COVID-19-like symptoms.

The letter stated that nine hospitals, which received the most COVID-19 patients in the city, were key to the investigation.

The Epoch Times had access to part of the records in response to the inquiry, those from 11 hospitals.

Despite the collected data, the Wuhan outbreak control task force told media on Feb. 26 that the earliest documented patient was a person surnamed Chen who fell ill on Dec. 8, 2019.

It’s unclear whether authorities conducted any inquiries into early cases prior to February.

To some critics, the investigation appeared rather narrow and came too late. “For such a massive respiratory disease to break out in the area, how come they didn’t track down all other hospitals?” Sean Lin, former lab director of the viral disease branch at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, told The Epoch Times.
