Does anybody else sense that the flood is beginning to pick up? We've seen a trickle here and a trickle there. Then the past few days there has been a noticeable increase in the flow rate to where there is a bit more flowing. This is how a flood starts. From a single drop to a small stream to a large deluge then a flood happens.
