It will when they stop pointing race out & start realizing they are just fellow citizens, who all want peace, freedom & the pursuit of happiness for their families.
The only issue I see, is when a group/individual REGARDLESS OF COLOR, moves to another country and expects said country to capitulate to their ways INSTEAD of integrating into their new chosen home. That's when things go wrong.
