question. if a town receives federal aid in the form of sealed boxes of food for coronavirus hardship for the families in town and then the mayor opens them all up to throw out a letter from president trump, without wearing any gloves, isn't that mayor tampering with federal aid and with food no less…and isn't that technically a crime?
