It’s not a second wave, it’s the natural resumption of the unfinished first wave - the consequence of extended draconian lockdowns followed by reopening and magnified by over testing. The authorities don’t even understand what’s going on or what the data signifies - they’re profoundly ignorant, only working from calculations of political expediency, and receiving tendentious scientific advice from Davos/Gates plants.
