Sometimes you wouldn't boot up a trashed machine, you would just look at it's the hard drive with another machine. Might be a bad boot sector or corrupt files, causing the problem.
Looking at the hard drive from another machine, you would see a list of files or pictures while browsing for problems. Just like browsing a folder on your own machine, you wouldn't necessarily be looking for anything, the files are just visible. Pics would be obvious.
My guess is there were photos on the laptop that caused the shop owner to alert the FBI.
Theories I've seen say Biden will be forced to either drop out because of corruption issues or his sexual indiscretions will be made public. This looks to me like the shot across the bow. Biden needs to decide to accept the corruption hit or try to double down and ride out the perv shit that is coming.
